Հայաստանում հունվարից կգործեն արտադրության նոր սկզբունքներ

Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամակցությամբ 2016թ հունվարի 2-ից Հայաստանում կգործեն արտադրության նոր սկզբունքներ: ՀՀ օրենսդրության համաձայն` վտանգի վերլուծության և կրիտիկական կետերի որոշման սկզբունքի հիման վրա արտադրության կազմակերպումը պարտադիր է: Իսկ ԵԱՏՄ տեխնիկական կանոնակարգի համաձայն` բացի արտադրությունից, արտադրողը նաև պատասխանատվու թյուն է կրելու վերջնական արտադրանքի անվտանգության նորմերի չափանիշերի վերաբերյալ: «Արմենպրես»-ի փոխանցմամբ` լրագրողների հետ զրույցում այս մասին հայտնեց ԳՆ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Լուսինե Դավթյանը՝ հավելելով, որ տնտեսվարողների համար պարզեցումներ են նախատեսված, իսկ փոփոխությունները հիմնականում վերաբերում են համակարգային մոտեցումներին: «Եթե առաջ հսկում էին միայն ընթացակարգը և դրա կիրառման ժամանակ վերցնում էին միայն որոշակի նմուշներ, տարվում էր լաբորատորիա, արտադ րությունն էր վերահսկողության ենթարկվում, հիմա բացի արտադրությունից, արտադրողը նաև պատասխանատվություն է կրում վերջնական արտադրանքի անվտանգության նորմերի և չափանիշերի համար»,- բացատրեց Դավթյանը:
Բանախողի խոսքով` առավել կարևոր է դառնում վերջնական ապրանքատեսակը, սակայն, արտադրությանը տրվող պահաջները չեն բացառվում:
Այս անցումային շրջանում, եթե տնտեսվարողի արտադրանքն արդեն սերտիֆիկացված է, նորը ուժի մեջ է մտնելու ոչ թե 2016թ հունվարի 2-ից, այլ միայն այն ժամանակ, երբ կավարտվի դրա բնականոն ժամկետը: Իսկ այն ապրանքատեսակները, որոնք ՀՀ օրենքի համաձայն ենթակա են սերտիֆիկացման, սակայն դեռ չեն սերտիֆիկացվել այս անցումային ընթացքում նույնպես կարող են սերտիֆիկացվել: «Արտադրողն ինքն է հայտարարում, որ իր ապրանքը համապատասխանում է տեխնիկական կանոնակարգերի պահանջներին, և եթե որևէ խախտումներ պետական վերահսկողության շրջանակներում չեն հայտնաբերվում, ապա լ րացուցիչ սերտիֆիկացման կարիք տվյալ պարագայում չի լինում»,- հստակեցնում է ԳՆ Սննդամթերքի անվտանգության պետական ծառայության պետի տեղակալ Լուսինե Դավթյանը:
