Հավաքվել ենք քննարկելու համար այն փոփոխությունը, որ ունենք զինված ուժերի ժամկետային զինծառայողներին սննդով ապահովելու համակարգում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 4-ին, Զինված ուժերի սննդամատակարարման գործընթացի վերաբերյալ խորհրդակցության սկզբում հայտարարել է ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է.

«Մենք այդտեղ տեսնում ենք էական եւ շոշափելի փոփոխություններ, որը նաեւ շատ դրական արձագանք է  գտնում ինչպես զինվորների, զինծառայողների, այնպես էլ հանրության շրջանում:

Այսօր պետք է քննարկենք, թե ինչպիսին է մեր ընթացիկ իրավիճակը, ինչպես է կազմակերպվում պրոցեսը , ինչպես է առաջ ընթանում, ինչ խնդիրներ են ի հայտ գալիս, եթե ի հայտ են գալիս եւ ինչպես ենք պատկերացնում այդ խնդիրների լուծումը:

Նաեւ պետք է հասկանանք, թե այս հարաբերությունների փոփոխության արդյունքում կառավարման ինչ փոփոխություններ են տեղի ունենում եւ դրանք ինչպես են ազդում ընդհանուր իրավիճակի վրա, ինչ հետեւություններ են բխում այս ամենից:

Ընդհանուր առմամբ, կարծում եմ՝ նաեւ կարեւոր է կողմնորոշվել, թե գնային քաղաքականության առումով մենք ինչ երկարաժամկետ պատկերացում ու հաշվարկներ ունենք եւ մեր այսօրվա հաշվարկները որքանով են համապատասխանում այն նախնական պայմանավորվածություններին, որոնց մասին մենք խոսել ենք այս համակարգը ներդնելուց առաջ: Այս պահի դրությամբ մենք աշխատում ենք 6 ընկերությունների հետ եւ այդ ընկերությունները այս պահի դրությամբ ապահովում են 7 հազար մարդու սնունդը»:
