Ձեր երեխան հիստերիայի տեսարաններ է սարքում, և դուք ամենայն հավանականությամբ արդեն հոգնել եք այդ ամենից, ապա հետևեք մեր պատմության հերոսուհու օրինակին

Երբ աղջնակը սկսեց հաճախել մանկապարտեզ, նրա համար դժվար էր հարմարվել նոր միջավայրին, և նա սկսեց տանը հիստերիայի տեսարաններ սարքել ամեն մանրուքից:

 Մայրը որոշեց դիմել հոգեբանի, ով էլ նրան տվեց շատ կարևոր մի խորհուրդ: Երեխան պետք է հասկանա, որ դուք հարգում եք նրա զգացմունքները. դրա համար հերթական նոպայի ժամանակ ուղիղ նայեք նրա աչքերի մեջ և հարցրեք. <<Դա մեծ, միջին թե՞ փոքր խնդիր է>>:

Երեխան կսկսի մտածել, թե ինչ է իր հետ կատարվում և, զարմանալի է, բայց արագ կհանգստանա: Հաճախ երեխաներն իրենք են նման իրավիճակում լուծում առաջարկում:

Փոքր խնդիրները լուծվում են հեշտ և արագ: Միջին խնդիրները այդքան արագ չեն լուծվում, երեխան սկսում է հասկանալ, որ կան բաներ, որ ժամանակ են պահանջում:

Խնդիրը մե՞ծ է: Ավելի շատ ժամանակ տրամադրեք լուծմանը և շատ լուրջ վերաբերվեք խնդիրն, անգամ եթե այն ձեզ համար չնչին է:

Հետո շնորհավորեք երեխային, որ նա կարողացավ լուծում գտնել խնդրի համար:

Սա կարելի է անել նաև մինչև նոպայի սկսվելը, երբ հասկանում եք, որ ուր որ է երեխան հիստերիայի մեջ կընկնի: Երեխային խնդրեք լուծում առաջարկել, իսկ հարցը լուծվելուց հետո ասեք նրան. <<Ես ուրախ եմ, որ դու ինքդ կարողացար լուծել խնդիրը>>: Փորձեք և հայտնեք մեզ արդյունքի մասին))
