Դոլարի թուլացումը համաշխարհային տնտեսության փրկության վերջին քայլն է

Այս մասին հայտարարել է Saxo Bank-ի գլխավոր տնտեսագետ Սթին Յակոբսենը, հաղորդում է CNBC-ը։ Ըստ նրա 2019-ը կհիշվի որպես համընդհանուր ռեցեսիայի սկսվելու տարի։

 

ԱՄՆ դաշնային պահուստը սեպտեմբերին տոկոսադրույքները նվազեցրել է 25 բազային նիշով, հասցնելով 1,75-2 տոկոսի։ Հուլիսին իրականացված 25 բազային նիշով նվազեցումը կենտրոնական բանկի տոկոսադրույքի առաջին նվազեցումն էր ֆինանսական ճգնաժամից հետո։ 

 

 

Եվրոպական կենտրոնական բանկը վերջերս հրապարակեց եվոգոտու տնտեսության ակտիվացման միջոցառումների փաթեթ՝ նվազեցնելով դեպոզիտների տոկոսադրույքը 10 բազային նիշով մինչև 0,5 տոկոս։ Աշխարհի մի շարք կենտրոնական բանկեր նույնպես ձեռնամուխ են եղել փոփոխությունների։

 

Գլոբալ տնտեսության համար մտահոգությունները վերջին ժամանակները խորանում են ԱՄՆ-ից թույլ արտադրական տվյալներով։

 

Ամբողջ աշխարհում մոտ 240  տրիլիոն դոլար պարտք կա, որը կազմում է համաշխարհային ՀՆԱ-ի 240 տոկոսը։ Նշվում է, որ այդ պարտքի շատ մեծ մասը դոլարի տեսքով է՝ գլոբալ պահուստային արժույթի մեջ դոլարի դերի եւ բարձր ԱՄՆ կապիտալի շուկայի բարձր իրացվածության պատճառով։

 

«Եթե դոլարը շատ արագ է աճում, համակարգում լարվածությունը բարձրանում է ոչ միայն ԱՄՆ արտահանման, այլեւ զարգացող շուկայի համար՝ դոլարային ֆինանսավորումից եւ արտահանվող մեքենաներից նրա կախվածության պատճառով»,- ասել է Յակոբսենը։

 

Փոլ Վոլքերը 1979-1987թթ․ Դաշնային պահուստային համակարգի նախագահ է եղել, իսկ 1980թ․ նա համարձակ քայլ է ձեռնարկել՝ համարյա կրկնապատկելով համակարգի տոկոսադրույքները՝ հասցնելով դրանք պատմության մեջ ամենաբարձր մակարդակի, որպեսզի վերջ դնի երկնիշ արժեզրկմանը։

 

Saxo Bank-ը համարում է, որ առավել թույլ դոլարը կօգնի որոշ ժամանակ շահել գլոբալ շուկաների համար, դա կառուցվածքային որոշում չէ, այլ ամենապարզ եւ արագ որոշումը, որը կարող է բախվել ամենաքիչ քաղաքական ընդդիմությանը։
