ՀՀ էներգետիկ ոլորտի զարգացման համար լուրջ հնարավորություններ են ստեղծվել: Վերջին շրջանում մեծացել է հետաքրքրությունը Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգի նկատմամբ, ինչը պայմանավորված է նաև աշխարհաքաղաքական տեղաշարժերով:
Իրանի միջուկային ծրագրի շուրջ ձեռք բերված համաձայնությունից հետո արդեն իսկ ի հայտ է եկել տարածաշրջանում նոր էներգետիկ միջանցքի ստեղծման անհրաժեշտությունը, որի հանգույցներից մեկը կարող է դառնալ Հայաստանը, որը Իրանի հետ ինչպես էներգետիկ ոլորտում, այնպես էլ մյուս բնագավառներում հարաբերությունները խորացնելու լուրջ պոտենցիալ ունի:
Այսպիսի պայմաններում մի շարք օտարերկրյա ընկերությունները ակտիվացրել են շահագրգռվածությունը Հայաստանի էներգետիկ համակարգում ներդրումներ անելու գործում: Օրերս ՀՀ էներգետիկ ոլորտում ներդրումներ անելու մտադրությունների մասին է հայտնել բրիտանական «Գրեյնջ հոլդինգ» ընկերության ղեկավարը, ով փաստել է, որ ՀՀ էներգետիկ ոլորտը գրավիչ հնարավորություններ ունի: Բրիտանական ընկերությունը պատրաստակամություն է հայտնել այս ոլորտում 400 մլն դոլարի ներդրում իրականացնել:
Օտարերկրյա այլ ընկերություններ ևս սկսում են Հայաստանը դիտարկել ներդրումների իրականացման տեսանկյունից հեռանկարային երկիր: Շաբաթներ առաջ Հայաստանում էին գտնվում էներգետիկ ոլորտում հայտնի «Զոհալ» և «Հելիոս Փաուեր» ընկերությւոնները ներկայացնող ներդրողների մի ամբողջ խումբ՝ Ավստրիայից, Բուլղարիայից, Արաբական Միացյալ Էմիրությւոններից: Սպասվում է, որ առաջիկայում այս ընկերությունները փորձագիտական խմբեր կուղարկեն Հայաստան կոնկրետ ծրագրեր քննարկելու և տեղում դրանց իրականացման հնարավորությունները դիտարկելու համար:
Հարկ է նշել, որ արդեն իսկ կյանքի են կոչվում էներգետիկ նոր ծրագրեր: Մասնավորապես հավանության է արժանացել Երևանում նոր ջերմային էլեկտրակայան կառուցելու նախագծին, որով հանդես է եկել իտալական «Ռենկո» ընկերությունը: Ջերմային էլեկտրակայանի կառուցումը գնահատվում է 215 մլն դոլար: Այս ծրագրի իրականացումը համընկնում է Իրան-Հայաստան երրորդ բարձրավոլտ գծի կառուցման աշխատանքների ավարտի հետ:
Ներկա իրավիճակում Հայաստանը խնդիր ունի էներգետիկ ոլորտում առավել նպաստավոր պայմաններ ստեղծելով նպաստել ներդերումների իրականացմանը, ինչը հնարավորություն կստեղծի Հայաստանի համար ապագայում էներգետիկ առումով որպես կարևոր երկիր հանդես գալու համար:
