ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանը հոկտեմբերի 3-ին ընդունել է ԱՄՆ Ներկայացուցիչների պալատի անդամ, Հայկական հարցերով հանձնախմբի համանախագահ Ֆրենկ Փալոունին: Այս մասին հայտնում են ԱԺ լրատվության և հանրության հետ կապերի վարչությունից:

 

Ողջունելով կոնգրեսականին՝ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել նրան՝ հերթական անգամ Հայաստան և Արցախ այցելելու իր հրավերն ընդունելու համար: ԱԺ նախագահը նշել է, որ Հայաստանը մեծ երախտագիտությամբ է վերաբերում Միացյալ Նահանգներում Փալոունի կողմից գործադրվող ջանքերին՝ արդարացի դիրքորոշում պահպանելու համար՝ ընդգծելով, որ այս տարիների ընթացքում հայանպաստ դիրքորոշումները ամրապնդելու առումով կոնգրեսականի ջանքերն անգնահատելի են:

ԱԺ նախագահը հավաստիացրել է, որ Հայաստանի նոր իշխանությունները հավատարիմ են ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի համանախագահների ձևաչափով Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրի բանակցային գործընթացին և խաղաղ բանակցություններին այլընտրանք չեն տեսնում: Նա կարևոր է համարել, որ Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցած Թավշյա հեղափոխությունից հետո ընթացող ժողովրդավարական փոփոխություններն աջակցություն են գտնում Միացյալ Նահանգներում և այս համատեքստում են դիտարկվում Հայաստանին ցուցաբերվող ֆինանսական աջակցության մասին քննարկումները Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում և Սենատում:

Ֆրենկ Փալոունը շնորհակալություն է հայտնել ՀՀ ԱԺ նախագահին՝ հրավերի համար և անդրադարձել այս օրերին ունեցած իր քննարկումներին, որոնք թույլ են տվել ամբողջական կարծիք կազմել հայ-ամերիկյան օրակարգում առկա առաջնահերթությունների մասին:

Կողմերը մտքեր են փոխանակել Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող ոլորտային բարեփոխումների և Միացյալ Նահանգների կողմից դրանց կյանքի կոչմանն ուղղված քայլերի մասին:
