SOCIETYՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման եւ ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարության մասնագետների կողմից Ջերմուկի համայնքապետարանում իրականացված ուսումնասիրության նյութերի հաշվետվության հիման վրա ոստիկանության կազմակերպված հանցավորության դեմ պայքարի գլխավոր վարչության կոռուպցիայի եւ տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման եւ Վայոց ձորի մարզային վարչությունների ու Ջերմուկի բաժնի ծառայողների համատեղ միջոցառումների արդյունքում նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել են Ջերմուկ համայնքի ղեկավարի ապօրինությունները: Այս մասին տեղեկանում ենք ոստիկանության լրատվության ծառայությունից։
Մասնավորապես, չարաշահելով պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները եւ դրանք օգտագործելով համայնքի եւ պետության օրինական շահերին հակառակ՝ 2006 թվականին կազմել է պաշտոնական փաստաթուղթ հանդիսացող կեղծ տեղեկանք՝ իբր Ջերմուկ համայնքի վարչական սահմաններում գտնվող նախկին օդանավակայանի տարածքը ընդգրկված չէ ՀՀ հողային օրենսգրքի 60-րդ հոդվածով նախատեսված հողամասերի կազմում: Դրա հիման վրա ստանալով համայնքի ավագանու համաձայնությունը՝ 60 հա մակերեսով նշված հողատարածքը ներկայացրել է աճուրդի, ինչից հետո չարամտորեն խախտելով հրապարակային սակարկությունների կարգը եւ ձեւական աճուրդ կազմակերպելով՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ նախկին պատգամավորի որդուն օտարել է 486.000.000 դրամ կադաստրային արժեքի 30 տոկոսով՝ 153.300.000 դրամով:
Բացի այդ, նախապատրաստված նյութերով պարզվել է նաեւ, որ 2018-2019 թվականներին Ջերմուկի համայնքապետարանի պաշտոնատար անձանց կողմից ծառայության նկատմամբ անբարեխիղճ վերաբերմունքի հետեւանքով, իրենց պարտականությունները չկատարելու պայմաններում, օգտվելով տեխնիկական հսկողություն իրականացնող ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրինության անգործությունից, Ջերմուկ համայնքի Հեր-Հեր գյուղի փողոցային լուսավորության ցանցի կառուցման աշխատանքներն իրականացնող ՍՊ ընկերության տնօրինությունը նախագծով եւ նախահաշիվ-ծավալաթերթով նախատեսված աշխատանքները կատարել է մասնակի եւ կազմելով իրականությանը չհամապատասխանող կեղծ կատարողական ակտեր՝ համայնքի ֆինանսական միջոցներից խարդախությամբ հափշտակել է խոշոր չափի՝ 1.450.000 դրամ:
