«Կանխազգացում ունեմ, որ մենք մեծ պատմական ժամանակաշրջանի սկզբում ենք». Արմեն Սարգսյանը՝ Սինգապուրի վարչապետին
POLITICSՀայաստանի նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 29-ին, նախագահական նստավայրում հյուրընկալել է պաշտոնական այցով Հայաստան ժամանած` Սինգապուրի վարչապետ Լի Սյեն Լունին եւ նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակությանը: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են ՀՀ նախագահի աշխատակազմից։
Նախագահ Արմեն Սարգսյանի եւ վարչապետ Լի Սյեն Լունի առանձնազրույցին հաջորդել է երկու երկրների պատվիրակությունների՝ ընդլայնված կազմով հանդիպումը: Ողջունելով բարձրաստիճան հյուրի եւ նրա գլխավորած պատվիրակության այցը մեր երկիր՝ նախագահը Սարգսյանը մասնավորապես ասել է. «Շատ ուրախ եմ, որ Սինգապուրի եւ Հայաստանի հարաբերություններն առաջ են շարժվում ճիշտ ուղղությամբ: Ինձ համար խորհրդանշանական է, որ այստեղ լինելու ընթացքում Դուք հանդիպելու եք նաեւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության անդամ երկրների եւ Իրանի ղեկավարների հետ: Հուսանք, որ ապագայում Հայաստանը կօգտագործեք որպես դարպաս դեպի Եվրասիա: Ակնկալում եմ կրկին տեսնել Ձեզ այստեղ ավելի երկար ժամանակով, երբ ես եւ իմ գործընկերները, կառավարությունը հնարավորություն կունենանք Ձեզ ավելի շատ ցույց տալ Հայաստանն ու հայերին»:
Շնորհակալություն հայտնելով ջերմ ընդունելության համար՝ Սինգապուրի վարչապետը նշել է. «Մենք փոքր երկրներ ենք, ապրում ենք մի աշխարհում, որտեղ կան շատ մարտահրավերներ՝ կապված անորոշությունների հետ: Սակայն միեւնույն ժամանակ անկանխատեսելի իրավիճակներում փոքր երկրներն ունեն առավելություններ, քանի որ կարողանում են շատ ավելի արագ հարմարվել, ավելի արագ նոր ուղղություն ընտրել, քան մեծ երկրները: Ժամանակն է, որ մենք կարողանանք օգուտներ քաղել միմյանց հետ երկխոսելուց, ինչպես նաեւ միասին աշխատելու հնարավորությունից՝ համագործակցելով տնտեսության ոլորտում, զբոսաշրջության, գիտական ու հետազոտական ծրագրերի շրջանակում: Հուսով եմ՝ կկարողանանք Հայաստանի հետ անել ավելին՝ ունենալով փոխայցելություններ Սինգապուրից Հայաստան եւ հակառակը»:
Իր հերթին նախագահ Սարգսյանն ասել է, որ անկախ նրանից՝ մեծ ես, թե փոքր, 21-րդ դարի մարտահրավերները կապված են լինելու այն փաստի հետ, թե ինչպես ես կառավարում հսկայական տեղեկությունը, որքան արդյունավետ ես: «Ինչ-որ առումով ես կանխազգացում ունեմ, որ մենք մեծ պատմական ժամանակաշրջանի սկզբում ենք»,- նշել է Հայաստանի նախագահը։
Արմեն Սարգսյանն ընդգծել է, որ երկու երկրները կարող են հատկապես արդյունավետ աշխատել մաթեմատիկական մոդելավորման, արհեստական բանականության ոլորտներում: Իսկ ընդհանուր առմամբ կողմերը համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ համագործակցության համար հեռանկարային կարող են լինել նաեւ այնպիսի ոլորտներ, ինչպիսիք են բարձր տեխնոլոգիաները, բանկային համակարգը։ Այս համատեքստում կարեւորվել է երկու երկրների գործարար համայնքների շփումների ակտիվացումը:
