Մեր եվրոբոնդերի թողարկումը իրականացվել է աննախադեպ ցածր տոկոսներով․ Փաշինյան
ECONOMICSԼավ լուրեր ունեմ Եվրոբոնդերի վերաբերյալ. 500 միլիոն դոլարի պարտքի վերաֆինանսավորում ենք իրականացրել, ինչի արդյունքում կխնայենք տարեկան 10 միլիոն 200 հազար դոլար։ Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան գրառում է արել վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը՝ հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի նկատմամբ միջազգային տնտեսական հանրության վստահությունը շարունակում է աճել։
Փաշինյանը այս լուրի մասին խոսեց նաեւ ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերում։ 2013-ին թղարկված եվրոբոնդերի պարտքը՝ 500 միլիոն դոլարը, վարչապետի խոսքով, պետք է մարվեր 2020 թվականին․ «որոշեցինք գնալ ուրիշ ճանապարհով, պարտքի ետգնման գործողություն իրականացնել՝ նոր գումար ներգրավելով հին պարտքը փակելու համար»։
Եվ լավ լուրը, Փաշինյանն ասաց այն է, որ մեր եվրոբոնդերի թողարկումը իրականացվել է աննախադեպ ցածր տոկոսներով․ «2013 թվականին տոկոսը եղել է 6,25, 2019 թվականին կրկին 500 միլիոն դոլարի եվրոբոնդ ենք թողարկել, տոկոսը եղել է 4,20, ինչը նշանակում է Հայաստանի տնեսության նկատմամբ վտահության ահռելի դրսեւորում։ Ընդ որում՝ մի տարվա պարտքը փոխարինել ենք 10 տարով, այս գործողության արդյունքում մենք կփակենք պարտքը մինչև 2029 թվականը եւ տարեկան կխնայենք 10,2 միլիոնով»։
Եվրոբոնդերի թողարկման գործընթացում արտահայտված այս ցուցանիիշները, ըստ Փաշինյանի, վկայում են, որ Հայաստանը համարվում է հուսալի երկիր, քանի որ մեր երկրի ռիսկայնության գնահատումը կրկնակիից ավել նվազել է։
«Սա չափազանց կարևոր տնտեսական իրադարձություն է։ 2019թ-ին թողարկել ենք 500 մլն դոլարի եվրոբոնդ, սակայն պահանջարկը կազմել է ավելի քան 2 մլրդ դոլար, այսինքն՝ պահանջարկը չորս անգամ ավելի է, ինչը Հայաստանի նկատմամբ տնտեսական վստահության աննախադեպ ցուցանիշ է։ Այս ցուցանիշներով է, որ հաշվվում է երկրի տնտեսական հեռանկարը։ Բոլոր միջազգային և ներքին ազդակները հուշում են, որ տնտեսական գործունեությամբ զբաղվելու շատ մեծ հնարավորություններ կան Հայաստանում»,- ասաց Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը։
