Մեկնարկել է «Հայաստանի բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքներին հարակից էկոհամակարգերի եւ համայնքների հարմարվողականության կարողությունների ամրապնդում» դրամաշնորհային ծրագիրը, որը կիրականացվի Տավուշի, Արարատի եւ Լոռու մարզերի 4 համայնքում ընդգրկված գյուղական եւ քաղաքային բնակավայրերում։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ 2,5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլարի դրամաշնորհային միջոցները կուղղվեն հատապտղի ու պտղատու անտառայգիների հիմնմանը, դրանց համար արեւային էներգիայով սնուցվող պոմպերով կաթիլային ոռոգման համակարգերի ստեղծմանը, արեւային չորանոցների եւ ջերմոցների կառուցմանը, վարելահողերի եւ արոտավայրերի վերականգնմանը, դաշտամիջյան ճանապարհների վերանորոգմանը։ Ծրագրում առաջնային կընդգրկվեն խոցելի բնակավայրերը, կանայք ու աղքատ ընտանիքները, ինչը կապահովի համայնքների եկամուտների աճ։

Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի տեղակալ Վարդան Մելիքյանը շեշտել է հատկապես բնության հատուկ պահպանվող տարածքների հարակից  համայնքներում ծրագրի իրականացման կարեւորությունը, ինչը կնվազեցնի ճնշումը «Խոսրովի անտառ» պետական արգելոցի եւ «Դիլիջան» ազգային պարկի վրա։ Ծրագիրն իրականացնում է Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության «Բնապահպանական ծրագրերի իրականացման գրասենյակ»(ԲԾԻԳ) պետական հիմնարկը՝ ՄԱԿ-ի «Կլիմայի փոփոխության մասին» շրջանակային կոնվենցիայի Հարմարվողականության Հիմնադրամի դրամաշնորհային միջոցներով։ ԲԾԻԳ-ի տնօրեն Մերուժան Գալստյանը, ներկայացնելով տարվող աշխատանքների հիմնական ուղղությունները, շեշտել է, որ այն պիլոտային է եւ հետագայում  նման ծրագրեր կիրականացվեն նաեւ այլ ԲՀՊՏ-ների հարակից համայնքներում եւ խոցելի տարածքներում։

Մեկնարկային աշխատաժողովի շրջանակներում Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարության եւ Դիլիջան, Ֆիոլետովո, Մարգահովիտ  եւ ՈՒրցաձոր համայնքների միջեւ ստորագրվել է ծրագրի արդյունքների կայունության ապահովման վերաբերյալ համաձայնագիր:

Համայնքների ներկայացուցիչներն իրենց ելույթներում նշելով, որ գյուղացին արդեն այսօր զգում է կլիմայի փոփոխության հետեւանքները՝ համոզմունք են հայտնել, որ մեկնարկող ծրագիրը կնպաստի գյուղատնտեսության հարմարվողականության ամրապնդմանը, հողերի դեգրադացիայի կանխմանը։
