Արման Թաթոսյանը Ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Քանի որ ԱՅՈ-ի ու ՈՉ-ի քարոզարշավի կողմերին հավասարապես մեղադրում են հիմնավորումներ չբերելու մեջ, փորձեմ մի քանի կետով հիմնավորել (մինչև դեկտեմբերի 6-ը կարող են լինել լրացումներ), թե ինչու եմ Սահմանադրական փոփոխություններին ՈՉ ասելու:
1. Խորհրդարանական մոդելի համար պետք է ունենալ կայացած կուսակցական համակարգ, որովհետև ներկայիս որակի խորհրդարանին, երբ 131-ից մաքսիմում 30-ն են զբաղվում պատգամավորական գործունեությամբ, երկրի ապագա վստահելն առնվազն մազոխիզմ կլինի:
2. Եթե ներկայիս Սահմանադրությունը նախատեսում է նախագահի՝ 2 ժամկետ անընդմեջ ընտրվելու իրավունք, նորի դեպքում ոչ մի նման արգելք չկա, նույն մարդը կկարողանա արդեն առանց շատ տանջվելու ցմահ կառավարել վարչապետի պաշտոնում (հուսով եմ` տեղյակ եք, որ ընտրությունները կեղծվում են Հայաստանում, ու հարց չի առաջանա, թե ինչպես))):
3. Կայուն մեծամասնության ձևավորումը հակասում է պառլամենտարիզմի սկզբունքներին: Երկրում զարգացում ապահովելու համար ոչ մի ուժ չպետք է ունենա մեծամասնություն ու միանձնյա որոշումներ չկայացնի, որպեսզի օրենքներն ընդունվեն առողջ բանավեճերի ու քննարկման արդյունքում, ոչ թե վերևից ասելու ու կնոպկա սեղմելու:
4. Դեռ ոչ մի ԱՅՈ-ի կողմնակից չի բերել ոչ մի փաստարկ կամ կետ, որը խանգարում է կոնկրետ ինչ-որ խնդիր լուծելուն: Հանրապետական կուսակցությունն արդեն 16 տարի իշխանություն է, և եթե իրականում նպատակը վերարտադրությունը չի, կարող էին և պարտավոր էին փոխել կառավարման համակարգը մինչև հիմա: Ի՞նչն էր խանգարում:
5. Ի վերջո, եթե ուզում ենք փոփոխություններ, պետք է ոչ թե Սահմանադրությունն ու կառավարման համակարգը փոխել, այլ այն անձանց, ովքեր անարդյունավետ են կառավարում արդեն տարիներ շարունակ: Ինչպես արդեն նշեցի, ներկայիս Սահմանադրությունը թույլ կտա 2018-ին ունենալ նոր նախագահ, ինչը շատ ավելի լուրջ փոփոխություն կլինի, քան եթե նույն անձինք շարունակեն կառավարել, բայց փոխվեն պաշտոնների անվանումները:

Հ.Գ. Աշխարհի ամենազարգացած երկրներից մեկում՝ Շվեդիայում, վերջին խորհրդարանական ընտրությունների ժամանակ ընտրողները սոց.հարցումների ժամանակ պնդում էին, որ բավական գոհ են իրենց կառավարությունից, բայց նրանք արդեն 8 տարի շարունակ կառավարում են, և ժամանակն է նրանց փոխելու, քանի որ մնալու դեպքում տեղի կունենա լճացում: Արդյունքում իշխող կոալիցիան ստացավ 39.7% ձայն, իսկ ընտրություններում հաղթած դաշինքը` 44.8%: Մարդիկ փոխում են նույնիսկ լավ կառավարություններին, որոնք դրական զարգացում են ապահովել, իսկ մերոնք պնդում են, թե խնդիրը Սահմանադրությունն է:
