SOCIETYԱրդյունքներից գոհ եմ, իրականում ինձ համար շատ անսպասելի էր, սա ինչ-որ խոշոր հասարակական շարժում էր։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 24-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՊՆ նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանը՝ անդրադառնալով հանրապետությունում իրականացվող զորահավաքին։
«Ապրիլյան գործողությունների ժամանակ մենք զորահավաք չենք հայտարարել, զինապարտներ չեն զորակոչվել։ Ապրիլյան գործողությունների ժամանակ երկրապահը եւ այլ հանրաճանաչ ՀԿ-ները ուղղակի կամավոր իրենց ցանկությունը հայտնեցին ներգրավվելու մեր հայրենիքի պաշտպանությանը Արցախի պաշտպանության գործին։ Այսպիսի վարժանքները երբ որ մենք հազարավոր մարդկանց ներգրավվում ենք զորային վարժանքներին՝ այսպիսի բան երբևէ չի եղել։ Եվ ես շատ շնորհակալ եմ բոլորից, քանի որ ընդամենը 6 ժամ հետո մի քանի հազար զինապարտներ ներկայացան զինկոմիսարիատներ եւ հավաքակայաններ։ Արդյունքներից գոհ եմ, իրականում ինձ համար շատ անսպասելի էր, սա ինչ-որ խոշոր հասարակական շարժում էր»։
Հարցին՝ արդյոք այս զորավարժությունները ռազմական որեւէ վտանգ չեն հուշում, Տոնոյանն ասաց. «Մենք վտանգ չունենք։ Իրականում ստուգվում է կենտրոնացված ղեկավարման, կառավարման համակարգը։ Ստուգվում են մեր զորահավաքային պլանները, մարզպետարանների պլանները, տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների պլանները, ստուգում ենք՝ արդյոք այն տրանսպորտային միջոցները, որոնք որ կցագրված են՝ առկա՞ են, եթե առկա են՝ տեխնիկապես պատրաս՞տ են գործողություններ իրականացնելուն։ Այն ինչ հիմա արվում է, իրականում աննախադեպ է, այսպիսի մեծ ծավալի երբեւէ չենք արել։ Ստուգում ենք մեր պատրաստակամության աստիճանը»։
Հարցին՝ զորավարժության ի՞նչ սցենար է կազմված, Տոնոյանն ասաց. «Հաշվեք, որ «ապրիլյան+»»։
Հարցին՝ հիմնականում ո՞ր տարիքային խմբերն են ավելի մեծ ոգեւորությամբ մասնակցում զորավարժություններին, Տոնոյանն ասաց. «Կարծում եմ՝ նրանք, որոնք բանակից մի քիչ շուտ են զորացրվել։ Բոլոր տարիքային խմբերն էլ շատ մեծ ոգեւորություն ունեն։ Ամենամեծ ոգեւորությունն ունի երկրապահը»։
Հարցին՝ Կառավարության մի շարք անդամներ չեն ծառայել բանակում, նրանց նո՞ւյնպես մասնակցելու են զորավարժություններին, ՊՆ նախարարն ասաց. «Կառավարության անդամները, ԱԺ անդամներն ունեն տարկետում, բայց նշեմ, որ իրենք զինապարտ են։ Նրանք այսպես թե այնպես՝ ներգրավված են»։
