ՌԴ Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների գործերով կոմիտեի նախագահի առաջին տեղակալ Կոնստանտին Զատուլինը նշել է, որ իրենց հանձնաժողովը չի որոշում Հայաստան մատակարարվող գազի գինը։ Այս մասին ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովում սեպտեմբերի 23-ի համատեղ մամուլի ասուլիսում ասաց հայկական պատվիրակության ղեկավար, «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցությունից ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավոր, տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրման խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Միքայել Մելքումյանը՝ պատմելով ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի տարածաշրջանային եւ եվրասիական ինտեգրման խորհրդարանական հանձնաժողովի եւ ՌԴ Պետդումայի ԱՊՀ, եվրասիական ինտեգրման եւ հայրենակիցների գործերով կոմիտեի համատեղ նիստի արդյունքների մասին։

Նա նշեց, որ Զատուլինն ինչ-որ տեղ էր շտապում, բայց Մելքումյանը խնդրել է, որպեսզի նա մնա եւ լսի իր դիրքորոշումը։ «Ես նրան ասացի՝ «սպասիր, դուրս մի արի, որպեսզի ես կարողանամ պատասխանել»։ Ես նրա առջեւ հարցեր դրեցի։ Ես նրան հիշեցրի, որ մարմինը, որը հաստատում է գազի գինը, ձեւավորվում է Պետական դումայի կողմից։ Ինչպե՞ս կարող է դուման մասնակից չլինել այս ամենին, երբ հենց նա է ձեւավորում հանրային սպասարկումների կարգավորման հանձնաժողովը»,- ընդգծել է Մելքումյանը։

Զատուլինը ոչինչ չի պատասխանել, տեղեկացրել է պատգամավորը՝ ավելացնելով, որ քննարկվող թեմայի մասին տեղեկատվությունն ուղարկվել է ԵՏՄ Կոլեգիա։
