1000–ից ավելի հայկական բեռնատարներ մնացել են Վերին Լարսում. տուգանքները հասնում են 100.000 ռուբլու (ֆոտո)

Արդեն մեկ շաբաթ է հազարից ավելի հայկական բեռնատարներ մնացել  են ռուս– վրացական սամանին գտնվող Վերին Լարսի անցակետում։ NEWS.am–ին ահազանգած բեռնատարների վարորդները նշում են, որ ռուսական կողմը արհեստական խոչընդոտներ է ստեղծում  հայկական բեռնատարների համար՝  մինչ  100.000 ռուբլու հասնող տուգանքներ նշանակելով։

 

NEWS.am–ի հետ զրույցում Վերին Լարսում մնացած բեռնափոխադրող ընկերություններից մեկի տնօրեն Ռաֆիկ Հայրապետյանը հայտնեց, որ բեռնատարները մաքսային զննման ենթարկելուց հետո ռուսական մաքսային ծառության աշխատակիցները հայտարարել են, թե իբր բեռնատարները գերբեռնված են և դրա համար պետք է տուգանք վճարեն։ Հայրապետյանի պնդմամբ՝  նախկինում երբևէ նման խնդրի չեն բախվել։

 

«Արդեն հինգերորդ օրն է մեր ընկերության մեքենաները մնացել են Լարսում։ Վլադիկավկազից այս կողմ էլ չեն թողնում մոտենան սահմանին, քանի որ կուտակումներ են։ Մեր բեռնատարները 10-23 տոննա քաշով  են բեռնված,  24–ից ավելի դեպքում նոր միայն համարվում է գերբեռնված։ Մինչդեռ իրենք պատճառաբանում են, որ յուրաքանչյուր բեռնատար մեկ–մեկուկես տոննայով ավելի է բեռնված։ Ասում են գումար կտաք՝  կանցնեք. 100.000 ռուբլի ակտ են գրում, եթե մինչև 8 օրվա ընթացքում վճարենք՝ գումարի կեսը կհաշվեն, կամ տեղում կարող են վճարել 50.000 ռուբլի»,–ասաց մեր զրուցակիցը։ Հայրապետյանը հայտնեց, որ խնդրի կապակցությամբ դիմել են ՀՀ տարածքային կառավարման և զարգացման նախարարությանը, որտեղից պարզաբանել են, թե խնդիրը կապված է վրացկանա կողմի հետ, մինչդեռ բեռնափոխադրող ընկերության տնօրենի պնդմամբ՝ հայկական բեռնատարները դեռևս չեն հատել ռուսական սահմանը և որ մեքենաների փաստաթղթերը ռուս մաքսավորների մոտ են։
