Մենք ունենք հարցերի ցանկը, որոնք կազմում են մեր զրույցների, երկխոսության, բանակցությունների օրակարգը: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 2-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Նյու Յորքում Ադրբեջանի ԱԳ նախարար Էլմար Մամեդյարովի հետ իր սպասվող հանդիպմանը:

«Բանակցությունները սահմանափակված չեն որեւէ հարցերով: Կան նաեւ հարցեր, որոնք շատ էական են եւ ընդգծում ենք բանակցային գործընթացի համար այն միջավայրը, որում իրականացվում է խաղաղ գործընթացը: Մեզ համար շատ էական նշանակություն ունի, թե ինչպես է անդրադառնում սա մեր հայրենակիցների վրա»,-ասաց Մնացականյանը՝ հավելելով, որ այդ հարցում իր եւ պաշտպանության նախարար Դավիթ Տոնոյանի կարծիքն իրարից չի տարբերվում:

Հիշեցնենք, որ նախօրեին Դավիթ Տոնոյանը չէր բացառել ադրբեջանցի դիվերսանտների փոխանակումը հայ գերիների հետ, սակայն հավելել էր, որ որոշողը Ստեփանակերտը պետք է լինի:

Հարցին, թե ինչպես է պատկերացնում հայ գերիներին դիվերսանտների ու ահաբեկիչների փոխանակումը, Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն ասաց. «Ես պատկերացնում եմ, որ այդ մարդիկ պետք է վերադարձվեն Հայաստան, որովհետեւ սա խիստ մարդասիրական է: Նրանք ոչ մի հանցագործություն չեն գործել, որը դուրս բերի նրանց մարդասիրական դաշտից: Այստեղ ամենաուղղակի ճանապարհը մարդասիրական քայլ իրականացնելն է եւ նրանց վերադարձնելը: Ես խոսում եմ Արայիկ Ղազարյանի եւ Կարեն Ղազարյանի մասին»:

Նա հավելեց, որ չէր ցանկանա ասվածին նոր բան ավելացնել. «Դուք շատ լավ հասկանում եք, որ սա մի հարց է, որ բնականաբար մեր օարակրգում է: Բնականաբար, այդ հարցով ներգրավվածություն եւ քննարկում լինելու է»:

Կրկին Անդրադառնալով Մամեդյարովի հետ հանդիպման, ԱԳ նախարարն ասաց. «Մենք հիմա կենտրոնացած ենք գալիք հանդիպման վրա: Դրանից հետո կտեսնենք հաջորդ քայլերը: Այս փուլն անցնենք... հիմա անմիջապես որ ասեմ՝ մենք արդեն տեսնում ենք հաջորդ մեր քյալը ղեկավարների մակարդակով հանդիպման, մի քիչ շտապողականություն կլինի»:
