Դատարանը մերժեց Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանքը գրավով փոխելու միջնորդությունը
POLITICSԵրեւան քաղաքի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանը (Շենգավիթ նստավայր) դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ որոշեց մերժել ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոց կալանքը գրավով փոխելու՝ պաշտպանների միջնորդությունը։ ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահը կշարունակի մնալ կալանքի տակ։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը միջնորդություն էին ներկայացրել նրա խափանման միջոց կալանքը փոխելու համար: Նրանք առաջարկում են կամ գրավ կիրառել կամ ազատազրկման հետ չկապված այլ խափանման միջոց: Գրավի չափը պաշտպանները թողել են դատավորի հայեցողությանը:
Աննա Դանիբեկյանն ավելի վաղ քննելով ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահի խափանման միջոցը վերացնելու վերաբերյալ միջնորդությունը՝ մերժման որոշում էր կայացրել։ Որոշումը հրապարակելուց հետո փաստաբանները անմիջապես միջնորդեցին նախկին նախագահին ազատ արձակել գրավի դիմաց կամ էլ ստորագրությամբ չհեռանալու մասին:
Ռ. Քոչարյանի փաստաբանները, ներկայացնելով նրան կալանքից ազատ արձակելու հիմքերը, հայտարարեցին՝ այս ընթացքում չի ներկայացվել գեթ մեկ ապացույց, որ ազատության մեջ իրենց պաշտպանյալը կազդի գործով անցնող անձանց վրա կամ էլ կխոչընդոտի գործի քննությանը։
