Լուկաշենկոն որոշել է Եվրամիության հետ վիզայի ռեժիմը պարզեցնել
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԲելառուսն ավարտել է Եվրամիության հետ վիզայի ռեժիմի եւ ռեադմիսիայի պարզեցման մասին համաձայնագրով միջպետական ընթացակարգերը: Այս մասին այսօր լրագրողներին հայտնել է երկրի ԱԳՆ տեղակատվության եւ թվային դիվանագիտության վարչության պետ-մամուլի քարտուղար Անատոլի Գլազը, փոխանցում է ԲԵԼՏԱ-ն:
«Պետության ղեկավարը ընդունել է Եվրամիության հետ մուտքի արտոնագիր տալու եւ ռեադմիսիայի մասին համաձայնագիրը ստորագրելու որոշում, որն այսօր կհրապարակվի: Սա հեշտ որոշում չէ, Բելառուսի նախագահն այն ընդունել է՝ հասկանալով մեր երկրի քաղաքացիների շարժունակության համար մեծ նշանակությունը, եւ միայն բոլոր հնարավոր վտանգներն ու հետեւանքները մանրակրկիտ գնահատելուց հետո»,- ասել է Անատոլի Գլազը:
Նա նշել է, որ բելառուսական կողմը մշտապես հանդես է եկել միջմարդկային եւ գործնական հարաբերությունների դյուրացման օգտին, եւ պետության ղեկավարի այս որոշումը դա հաստատում է եւս մեկ անգամ:
«Այս քայլին նախորդել է Եվրամիության հետ բավականին բարդ եւ երկարատեւ բանակցային գործընթացը, որի արդյունքներով մշակվել են փոխընդունելի տեքստեր, որն առավելգույն չափով հաշվի է առնում երկիու կողմերի շահերը,- նշել է ԱԳՆ մամուլի քարտուղարը: - Հիմա մեր եվրոպացի գործընկերներից ազդանշանի ենք սպասում իրենց կողմից անհրաժեշտ ընթացակարգերն ավարտելու մասին, որից հետո կորոշենք համաձայնագրերի ստորագրման կոնկրետ եղանակը»:
Անատոլի Գլազը հավելել է, որ այս համաձայնագրերը փաթեթով կկնքվեն, դրանց ուժի մեջ մտնելը նախատեսվում է միեւնույն օրը: Սակայն նախքան դա, այս փաստաթղթերը պետք է վավերացվեն Բելառուսի Ազգային ժողովի կողմից եւ ստանան Եվրախորհրդարանի հավանությունը:
Բելառուսի եւ ԵՄ-ի միջեւ վզայի ռեժիմի պարզեցման մասին համաձայնագրով նախատեսվում է «շենգենի» արժեքի նվազում 60-ից մինչեւ 35 եվրո եւ վիզա տրամադրելու մասին որոշում ընդունելու մինչեւ 10 օր ժամկետ (լրացուցիչ ստուգման դեպքում ժամկետը կարող է հասնել մինչեւ 30 օրվա): Կողմերը նախատեսել են փաստաթուղթը ստորագրել աշնանը: Հաղորդվում էր, որ դա կարող է տեղի ունենալ Եվրամիության արտաքին գործերի եւ անվտանգության քաղաքականության հարցերով գերագույնն հանձնակատար Ֆեդերիկա Մոգերինիի Բելառուս այցի ժամանակ:
