Ոստիկանության ծառայողները, Քննչական կոմիտեի քննիչները պարզել են սեպտեմբերի 17-ին Աղավնատուն գյուղում տեղի ունեցած սպանության փորձի մասնակիցների ինքնությունը, հայտնում է Shamshyan.com-ը։

 

Այդ օրը հնչել էին կրակոցներ և 3 հոգի հրազենային վնասվածքներով հոսպիտալացվել էին, 2-ը՝ Էրեբունի, մեկը՝ Վաղարշապատ բժշկական կենտրոններ։ Ոստիկաններն ու քննիչները պարզել են, որ նշված անձինք հրազենային վնասվածքները ստացել են Աղավնատուն գյուղի Ն. Մաթևոսայն և Ս. Ավագյան փողոցների խաչմերուկում գյուղի բնակիչներ՝ 28-ամյա Մխիթար Գազազյանի, 44-ամյա Արման Կիրակոսյանի և 25-ամյա Հարություն Հարությունյանի հետ տեղի ունեցած վիճաբանության ժամանակ։

 

 

Փաստի առթիվ ՀՀ քր. օր-ի 34-104 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 6-րդ կետով, 235 հոդվածի 1-ին մասի, 258 հոդվածի 4-րդ մասի հատկանիշներով հարուցվել է քրեական գործ։ Ոստիկանությունն ու քննչական բաժինը ձեռնարկում են անհրաժեշտ օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և քննչական համատեղ գործողություններ՝ նշված անձանց, ինչպես նաև՝ հանցագործության գործիք հրազենները հայտնաբերելու ուղղությամբ։

 

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Արմավիրի մարզում սեպտեմբերի 17-ին ժամը 22:40-ի սահմաններում «Վաղարշապատ» բժշկական կենտրոնից ոստիկանության Վաղարշապատի բաժին ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ հրազենային վնասվածքներով և դանակահարված իրենց մոտ էր տեղափոխվել մի քաղաքացի՝ 30-ամյա Գարուշ Սահակյանը։ Իսկ Էրեբունի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ էր ստացվել, որ «պոլոիտրավմա, կրծքավանդակի աջ կեսի հրազենային վնասում» ախտորոշմամբ իրենց մոտ են տեղափոխվել նույն գյուղի բնակիչներ, 33-ամյա Կարեն Ալավերդյանը և «աջ և ձախ ստորին վերջույթների հրազենային վնասում» ախտորոշմամբ 37-ամյա Ավագ Ալավերդյանը:
