SOCIETYՀուլիսի 17-ին Իջևանում ապօրինի անտառահատումների խստացումների դեմ պայքարող քաղաքացիների ու տեղում ծառայություն իրականացնող ոստիկանների միջև տեղի ունեցած բախումների հետևանքով կալանավորված 13 անձինք ազատ են արձակվել:
Այս մասին Tert.am-ի հարցին, թե ինչ կարգավիճակում են գտնվում հուլիս ամսին կալանավորվածները, հայտնեցին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից:
«Միջադեպով կալանավորված բոլոր քաղաքացիներն ազատ են արձակվել: Քրեական գործի շրջանակներում 30 անձ ունի մեղադրյալի դատավարական կարգավիճակ»,- ասաց ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի դեպարտամենտի տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնի պետ Նաիրա Հարությունյանը:
Հիշեցնենք, որ 2019 թվականի հուլիսի 17-ի ուշ երեկոյան Իջևանում անտառահատումների պահանջով ճանապարհը փակած ցուցարարների և ոստիկանության ծառայողների միջև բախումներ էին տեղի ունեցել, ինչի հետևանքով 13 անձ ձերբակալվել էր, որից 6-ը ստորագրությամբ ազատ էին արձակվել: Մարմնական վնասվածքներով հիվանդանոց էր տեղափոխվել 11 ոստիկանության ծառայող:
Նշենք, որ քրեական գործը հարուցված է ՀՀ ՔՕ-ի 258-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով` խուլիգանություն, որը կատարվել է մի խումբ անձանց կամ կազմակերպված խմբի կողմից, և 258-րդ հոդվածի 4-րդ մասով՝ խուլիգանություն, որը զուգորդվել է անձի առողջությանը միջին ծանրության վնաս պատճառելով, և 316-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով և 316-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով՝ իշխանության ներկայացուցչի նկատմամբ բռնություն գործադրելը և այդ անձանց (տվյալ դեպքում ոստիկանների-Tert.am) կյանքի կամ առողջության համար վտանգավոր բռնություն գործադրելը:
