Զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքները Կառավարությունից պատասխան չստանալու դեպքում սպառնում են հացադուլ սկսել
SOCIETYՎաղը՝ սեպտեմբերի 19-ին, Կառավարության շենքի մոտ կհավաքվեն Արցախյան շարժման սկզբից մինչև օրս ծառայողական պարտականությունների կատարման ժամանակ զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքները։ Նրանց պահանջը Կառավարությունից մեկն է՝ ուշադրություն դարձնել նաև այն զինծառայողների ընտանիքներին, որոնք ծառայության ընթացքում զոհվել են ոչ թե հակառակորդի գնդակից, այլ ծառայողական այս կամ այն պարտքը կատարելու ժամանակ։
168.am-ի հետ զրույցում «Զինվոր» հ/կ համագործակցությունների համակարգող խորհրդի անդամ Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանը նշեց, որ հոգաբարձուների խորհուրդը, որը ստեղծվել է 2017 թվականին, բազմիցս բարձրաձայնել է զոհված զինծառայողների ընտանիքների խնդիրները։
«Հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի ընդհանուր դրույթների կանոնադրության համաձայն՝ գումարը տրամադրվում է այն ընտանիքներին, որոնք ընկել են հակառակորդի գնդակից, հաշվի չեն նստում պոլիգոններում, ավտովթարից և այլ պայմաններում զոհված ընտանիքների հետ։ Բազմիցս ասել ենք, որ մեր երեխաները գին չունեն, նրանք մեզ համար անգին են, միշտ աշխատել եմ զոհվածների մայրերին, զոհվածների ընտանիքներին հանդարտեցնել ու ասել, որ մեր որդիներն իրենց կյանքը տվել են հանուն հայրենիքի, ուստի երբեք ֆինանսական ակնկալիք չենք ունենա։ Բայց եկավ այն պահը, որ մեր մայրերը վրդովվեցին և ասացին, որ համակարգող խորհուրդը պետք է հայտարարություն անի, քանի որ խորհուրդը չի աշխատում, որովհետև Զինծառայողների ապահովագրության հիմնադրամը և Կառավարությունը չեն աջակցում»,- ասաց Մարգարիտա Խաչատրյանը։
