Վերջին օրերի հրաժարականների ֆոնին «Փաստ» թերթին ուշագրավ տեղեկություններ են հասել՝ հնարավոր նոր «ռասկլադների» հետ կապված: 

Խոսքը մասնավորաբար ԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի մասին է, որը նաև ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահն է։

 

Նա 2003 թվականից աշխատել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանում և հաճախակի ուղեկցել է ՍԴ նախկին նախագահ Գագիկ Հարությունյանին արտասահմանյան այցերի ժամանակ: 2018թ. ապրիլից մինչ պատգամավոր դառնալը, Հրայր Թովմասյանի օրոք, եղել է ՀՀ Սահմանադրական դատարանի աշխատակազմի ղեկավարը: 

Իսկ այսօր նա ողջ ուժով լծվել է հենց Գագիկ Հարությունյանին, Հրայր Թովմասյանին ու Սահմանադրական դատարանին քննադատելուն ու սևացնելուն։

 

Ի դեպ, ՍԴ-ի մեր աղբյուրները պնդում են, որ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը կոնֆլիկտներ է ունեցել բոլոր դատավորների ու աշխատակազմի հետ, նույնիսկ իր համար տհաճ որոշ միջադեպեր են եղել Կիմ Բալայանի ու Ֆելիքս Թոխյանի հետ։

Ի վերջո, օգտագործելով Արարատ Միրզոյանի հետ մտերմությունը, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը դարձավ պատգամավոր՝ հանգրվանելով «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցությունում:

Հիմա, հավաստի աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը Նիկոլ Փաշինյանից հանձնարարություն է ստացել այնպես անել, որ ՍԴ դատավորները հրաժարական տան: Եվ եթե այս գործը նրան հաջողվի գլուխ բերել, Փաշինյանը Վարդանյանին արդարադատության նախարարի պաշտոնն է խոստացել:

Համաձայն մամուլում եղած տեղեկությունների, արդարադատության ներկայիս նախարար Ռուստամ Բադասյանը ԱԱԾ տնօրենի պաշտոնի հավակնորդների ցանկում է, և Վարդանյանը, հասկանալով, որ սա նախարար դառնալու իր միակ շանսն է, լուրջ արշավ է սկսել իր նախկին գործընկերների դեմ:
