Արմավիրի մարզի Տալվորիկ համայնքի ղեկավարը ապօրինություններ է արել՝ համայնքին պատճառելով էական վնաս. ոստիկանություն (տեսանյութ)

Օրերս ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ ԳՎ կոռուպցիայի և տնտեսական գործունեության դեմ ուղղված հանցագործությունների հակազդման վարչությունում օպերատիվ տվյալներ են ստացվել Արմավիրի մարզի Տալվորիկ համայնքի ղեկավարի ապօրինությունների վերաբերյալ։

 

ՀՀ ոստիկանությունից հայտնում են, որ տեղեկությունների հիման վրա նախապատրաստված նյութերի ընթացքում պարզվել է հետևյալը։

 

Ըստ քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալների՝ համայնքի ղեկավարն, իր լիազորությունները ծառայության շահերին հակառակ օգտագործելով, մարտի 11-ին համայնքային սեփականություն հանդիսացող 15․405․000 դրամ կադաստրային արժեքով 13 հեկտար վարելահողը իբրև անջրդի հողատարածք անհամեմատ ցածր՝ 2․535․000 դրամով վաճառել է Երևանի մի բնակչի՝ համայնքին պատճառելով էական վնաս։

 

Բացի այդ, համայնքի ավագանու որոշմամբ սեփականատիրոջը թույլատրվել է հիշյալ հողատարածքում կատարել խոչընդոտների մաքրման աշխատանքներ, իսկ ջրատար խողովակների ի հայտ գալու դեպքում համայնքի կարիքների համար տրամադրել 200 մետր խողովակ։ Սեփականատերը համայնքի ղեկավարին է տրամադրել 50 հատ 4 մետր երկարությամբ ազբոխողավակներ, որոնք չեն մուտքագրվել համայնքի հաշվեկշիռ և տեղափոխվել են համաւյնքի ղեկավարի առանձնատան բակ։

 

Ըստ քննությանն այս պահին հայտնի տվյալների՝ համայնքի ղեկավարը հիշյալ խողովակների մի մասը վաճառել է, իսկ մյուս մասը զննությամբ հայտնաբերվել է։

 

Փաստի առթիվ ոստիկանության ԿՀԴՊ գլխավոր վարչությունում քրեական գործ է հարուցվել և ուղարկվել քննչական կոմիտե՝ հետագա քննության։
