Վանաձորի մսի շուկայում իրավիճակն ամբողջությամբ վերահսկվում է. ՍԱՏՄ

Վանաձորի իրացման կետերի մսի տաղավարներից երկուսում ոչ միայն բավարար սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմաններ են եղել, այլեւ վաճառվել էր միան սպանդանոցային ծագման միս եւ մսեղիք: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում է ՀՀ ԿԵ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը։

ՀՀ ԿԵ սննդամթերքի անվտանգության տեսչական մարմինը շարունակում է հետեւողական քայլերը հանրապետության բոլոր մարզերի մսի շուկաներում առկա խախտումներն ու թերությունները վերացնելու ուղղությամբ: Վանաձորյան նախորդ այցելության ժամանակ մսի իրացման շուկայում արձանագրվել էին անասնաբուժական ուղեկցող փաստաթղթերի, սննդի համար պիտանի ճանաչված մսի դրոշմակնիքի, վաճառքի կետերի սանիտարահիգիենիկ տարրական նորմերի, անձնակազմի սանիտարական գրքույկների բացակայության եւ պարբերական բուժզննության ժամկետների խախտման դեպքեր: Տնտեսվարողների հետ պայմանավորվածություն էր ձեռք բերվել կարճ ժամկետում խախտումները վերացնելու մասին:

Առկա վիճակը բավարար է եղել, խնդիրները՝ հասցված նվազագույնի: Տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը հավաստիացրել է, որ պետական վերահսկողական միջոցառումները լինելու են շարունակական, իսկ անհրաժեշտ մասնագիտական խորհրդատվություն եւ տեղեկատվություն տնտեսավարողները կարող են ստանալ ցանկացած պահի՝ այդ թվում եւ թեժ գծի միջոցով (010-206040 կամ 012-906090):

Վանաձորի իրացման կետերի մսի տաղավարներից երկուսում ոչ միայն բավարար սանիտարահիգիենիկ պայմաններ են եղել, այլեւ վաճառվել էր միան սպանդանոցային ծագման միս եւ մսեղիք. ՍԱՏՄ Լոռու մարզային կենտրոնի տեսուչները ստուգել եւ արձանագրել են սպանդանոցից խանութ ողջ գործընթացը:

Որպես 100 տոկոսով սպանդանոցային միս եւ մսեղիք իրացնող մսի վաճառքի կետեր, Գեորգի Ավետիսյանը համապատասխան տեղեկատվական պիտակներ եւ հավաստագիր է հանձնել Ա/Ձ Դավիթ Մխիթարյանին եւ «Սպարապետ» ՍՊԸ-ին:

Հիշեցնենք, որ հանրապետությունում գործող սպանդանոցների քանակն այս պահին արդեն բավարար է հանրապետությունում թարմ մսի պահանջարկը բավարարելու համար, եւ 2020թ. հունվարի 15-ից թարմ մսի սպանադանոցային ծագումը կլինի պարտադիր:
