Դատարանն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 17-ին, կորոշի ՀՀ 2-րդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կալանքի հարցը և կհրապարակի խափանման միջոցի վերաբերյալ որոշումը: ԼՈՒՐԵՐ.com-ի տեղեկություններով Քոչարյանն այսօր ազատ կարձակվի:

 

Երևանի Ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուսների գործով ընթացող նախորդ՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ի դատական նիստում Քոչարյանի պաշտպանական խումբը միջնորդել էր վերացնել 2-րդ նախագահի խափանման միջոց կալանքը: Դատախազ Գևորգ Բաղդասարյանը, անդրադառնալով պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությանը, որը վերաբերում էր Սահմանադրական դատարանի որոշման ուժով Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը անհապաղ դադարեցնելուն և ընտրված խափանման միջոցը վերացնելուն, նշել էր, որ ՍԴ-ի որոշման ուժով պաշտոնաթող նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ազատ արձակելու հիմքեր չկան: Նա դատարանին խնդրել էր մերժել պաշտպանական կողմի միջնորդությունը:

 

Նշենք, որ Սահմանադրական դատարանը հրապարակել էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի դիմումի քննության արդյունքում կայացրած որոշումը, որի համաձայն՝ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքի՝ 2-րդ նախագահի վիճարկած հոդվածներից մեկը՝ 35-րդը, ճանաչել էր երկրի Հիմնական օրենքին չհամապատասխանող և անվավեր, մյուսը՝ 135-րդը՝ Սահմանադրությանը համապատասխանող:

 

 

 

«Մարտի 1»-ի գործից առանձնացված մասով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում են ՀՀ նախկին չորս բարձրաստիճան պաշտոնյաներ: Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը մեղադրվում է Սահմանադրական կարգի տապալման և առանձնապես խոշոր չափի կաշառք ստանալու մեջ: 4 մեղադրյալներից կալանավորված է միայն 2-րդ նախագահը:
