ԱՄՆ-ին պետք չէ Մերձավոր Արեւելքից նավթ եւ գազ: Այս մասին հայտարարել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը:
«Քանի որ վերջին մի քանի տարում մենք էներգետիկայի ոլորտում մեծ հաջողությունների ենք հասել (շնորհակալություն, պարոն նախագահ), մենք էներգիայի ցանցային արտահանող ենք, իսկ այժմ աշխարհում էներգիայի թիվ մեկ արտադրողն ենք: Մեզ պետք չէ մերձարեւելյան նավթ եւ գազ, եւ իրականում այնտեղ շատ քիչ լցանավեր կան, սակայն մենք կօգնենք մեր դաշնակիցներին»,- գրել է նա Twitter-ում:
Իր օգնականների հետ հանդիպումից հետո Թրամփն ասել է, որ Սաուդյան Արաբիայի «օգնությունը» կարող է որոշակի ռազմական գործողություններ ներառել: Նա նաեւ ասել է, որ սաուդական նավթի մատակարարումների վրա հարձակումից հետո ԱՄՆ-ը «մարտական պատրաստվածության» մեջ է:
Ավելի ուշ Թրամփը, թեեւ չի նշել Իրանի անունը, սակայն գրել է, որ «կան հիմքեր կարծելու, որ իրենք գիտեն՝ ով է մեղավոր, եւ սպասում են, թե երբ է Սաուդյան Արաբիան հայտնելու մեղավորի անունն ու թե ինչ պայմաններով են իրենք գործելու»:
Հիշեցնենք, որ շաբաթ լույս գիշերը երկրի արեւելքում Saudi Aramco ձեռնարկությունների վրա հարձակում էր կատարվել տասը անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի միջոցով: Պատասխանատվությունը ստանձնել էին Եմենի «Անսար Ալլահ» ապստամբ հուսիները: Մասնավորապես, հարձակման էր ենթարկվել աշխարհում նավթամշակման խոշորագույն համալիրներից մեկը Աբկայկ քաղաքի մերձակայքում, որտեղ բնակվում են բազմաթիվ արեւմտյան մասնագետներ, ինչպես նաեւ նավթամշակման գործարանը Հուրայս շրջանում, որտեղ տեղակայված է թագավորության մեծությամբ երկրորդ նավթային հանքը: Հարձակումներից հետո ուժգին հրդեհ է բռնկվել: Ավելի ուշ իշխանությունները հայտարարել էին, որ կրակը տեղայնացվել է:
ԱՄՆ-ն հարձակման մեջ մեղադրել է Իրանին: Թեհրանը ԱՄՆ հայտարարություններն անհիմն է համարում:
