Վրաստանի իշխող «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցությունը մերժել է ընդդիմադիր «Եվրոպական Վրաստանի» նախաձեռնությանը, որը հանդես էր եկել առաջարկով՝ դիմել ԱՄՆ-ին և Եվրամիությանը՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պատժամիջոցները խստացնելու խնդրանքով ՝ դրանք տարածելով Աբխազիայում և Հարավային Օսիայում գործող ընկերությունների վրա, գրում է ria.ru-ն։
«Ցանկացած երկիր, որը կճանաչի Աբխազիայի և Ցխինվալի տարածաշրջանի անկախությունը, պատժամիջոցների կենթարկվի ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից», - ճեպազրույցի ժամանակ հայտնել է «Վրացական երազանք» կուսակցության ղեկավար Գիա Վոլսկին։
Նա նաև հավելել է, որ ընդդիմությունը գործում է «ոչ ազնիվ նկատառումներից ելնելով» և քաջ գիտակցում է, որ նման քայլը կհանգեցներ Մոսկվայի կողմից Թբիլիսիի դեմ լրացուցիչ սահմանափակումների։
«Եվրոպայի և Չինաստանի հետ ազատ առևտրի մասին մեր համաձայնագիրն, ինչպես նաև մեր արտահանման շուկայի ընդլայնումն աննախադեպ է։ Սակայն ռուսական շուկան նույնպես զգալիորեն մեծ դեր է խաղում ինչպես Վրաստանի, այպես էլ այլ երկրների տնտեսության համար, որոնց հետ մենք առևտրային հարաբերությունների մեջ ենք»,- հայտնել է Վոլսկին։
