ՍԴ-ն կայացրել է ապօրինի որոշում. ՀՀ վարչապետ
POLITICSԵս ողջունում եմ Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունը: Այս մասին ասյօր` սեպտեմբերի 16-ին, Վանաձորում հրավիրված մամուլի ասուլիսի ժամանակ ասաց ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը` պատասխանելով, թե ինչ գնահատական կտա ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանի այսօր ԱԺ-ում հնչեցված հայտարարությանը ՍԴ շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակին:
«Նախ ես ողջունում եմ Արարատ Միրզոյանի հայտարարությունը, չեմ կարծում,ո ր նա քաղաքական գնահատական ի նկատի ուներ, որովհետեւ մի բան ասեմ, շատ իրավաբաններ կային, որ պնդում էին ՍԴ-ն կայացրել է ապօրինի որոշում, ես էդպես զգուշավորությամբ էի վերաբերում այդ հայտարարություններին, բայց ՍԴ երկու անդամների հատուկ կարծիքի հրապարակումը ակնհայտ է դարձնում, որ ՍԴ-ն կայացրել է ապօրինի որոշում: Ինչու է ՍԴ-ն կայացրել ապօրինի որոշում, գիտեք ինչու, գիտեք ով է ՍԴ նախագահը, ինչպես է դարձել ՍԴ նախագահ, ում միջոցով եւ ում համար է դարձել ՍԴ նախագահ եւ ես ձեզ ասեմ` էդ որոշումն ընդունած դատավորներից առնվազն երկուսը Մարտի 1-ի հետ կապ ունեն եւ առնվազն անհասկանալի է, թե նրանք ինչի ինքնաբացարկ չեն ներկայացրել եւ ինչի են մանսակցել այդ գործով որոշման կայացմանը: Եւ կարծում եմ` ԱԺ նախագահը նկատի է ունեցել, որ պետք է էս իրավիճակը քննարկվի, թե արդյոք իրավական ընթացակարգեր կան: Այսինքն ինչ է նշանակում ՀՀ ՍԴ դատարանը ինչպես հիմնադրման օրից գգործել է, շարունակելու է գործի ժողովրդի դեմ»,-ասաց նա, նշելով, որ ՍԴ-ն իր գործունեությամբ Հայստանում տեղի ունեցած դժբախտությունների համահեղինակ է` սկսած 1996 թվականի ընտրությունների կեղծումից:
Վարչապետի խոսքով ԱԺ-ն պետք է մտածի ՍԴ-ի հետագա ճակատագրի մասին:
«Հիմա իրենք մտածում են, որ շարունակելու են գործել ժողովրդի, դեմ հանուն կոռուպցիայի, իրենք դա են հայտարարում եւ ԱԺ-ն պետք է մտածի, թե ինչ է անում, ՍԴ-ի հետ եւ խոսքը քաղաքական գնահատականի մասին չէ, կարծում եմ»,- հավելեց նա:
Նշենք, որ ԱԺ նախագահ Արարատ Միրզոյանն այսօր հանդես է եկել հայտարարությամբ եւ աասաց, որ ԱԺ-ն որպես Հայաստանի ժողովրդի օրինական եւ լեգիտիմ ներկայացուցիչ եւ առաջնային մանդատով օժտված միակ պետական ինստիտուտ, Սահմանադրությամբ իրեն վերապահված լիազորությունների շրջանակում իր դիրքորոշումը պետք է արտահայտի վերը նկարագրված խնդիրների եւ իրավիճակի կապակցությամբ:
Այսօր այդ կապակցությամբ ԱԺ-ում նիստ է հրավիրվել:
