ՀՀ ոստիկանությունը պարզաբանում է տարածել ՀՀ ԱԺ պատգամավոր Արման Բաբաջանյանի ահազանգի առնչությամբ՝ նրան հորդորելով կատարվածը չտեղափոխել զգացմունքային վերլուծության հարթություն եւ կատարել իրավաբանության հետ աղերս չունեցող եզրահանգումներ։

 

«Արման Բաբաջանյան տվյալներով օգտատերը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում հրապարակում https://news.am/arm/news/533561.html է կատարել հետեւյալ վերտառությամբ. «Զինված մահափորձ կյոկուշին ֆեդերացիայի նախագահ Անդրանիկ Հակոբյանի նկատմամբ»։

 

 

Օգտատերը ներկայացրել է դեպքի իրեն հայտնի մի շարք հանգամանքներ, նույնիսկ որոշել է տուժողի վնասվածքների ծանրության աստիճանը (ախտորոշումը շփոթելով դատաբժշկի եզրակացության հետ), կատարվածն էլ որակել սպանության փորձ։

Պարզաբանենք, որ ահազանգը ստանալուն պես ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժնի ծառայողները ձեռնարկել են օրենքով սահմանված համապատասխան միջոցառումներ։ Դեպքի վերաբերյալ սկսվել է նյութերի նախապատրաստման գործընթաց։ Ծեծի ենթարկվածի մորից հաղորդում է ընդունվել, ըստ որի որդու հետ վիճաբանողները երեքն են եղել, իսկ հարվածներ հասցրել է մեկը։ Ի դեպ, ոստիկանության տեղեկություններով՝ ենթադրյալ կասկածյալն ու ծեծված տղամարդը վաղեմի ծանոթներ են, նույնիսկ մեկն աշակերտել է մյուսին։ Նյութերի նախապատրաստման ընթացքում նշանակվել է դատաբժշկական փորձաքննություն, որի եզրակացությունը դեռեւս ոստիկանության Մաշտոցի բաժին չի ստացվել։ Ի դեպ, ոստիկանության ծառայողները այցելել են հիվանդանոցում գտնվող տղամարդուն։ Վերջինս կատարվածի վերաբերյալ հաղորդում եւ բացատրություն չի տվել, նույնիսկ բանավոր որեւէ տեղեկություն չի հայտնել։ Այսուամենայնիվ, ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է ձեռնարկել համապատասխան միջոցառումներ՝ դեպքի բոլոր հանգամանքները լիարժեք պարզելու համար։ Օգտատերերին հորդորում եմ կատարվածը չտեղափոխել զգացմունքային վերլուծության հարթություն եւ կատարել իրավաբանության հետ աղերս չունեցող եզրահանգումներ, ինչն այս դեպքում, մեղմ ասած, տեղին չէ»,–ասված է ոստիկանության պարզաբանման մեջ։
