ՀՀ ԱԳ նախարար Զոհրաբ Մնացականյանն սեպտեմբերի 14-ին ընդունել է Ֆրանսիայի Ազգային Ժողովի պատգամավորներ Գի Տեսսյեին, Վալերի Բուայեին, Գիյոմ Կասպարյանին, Ժան Պիեռ Կուբերտաֆոնին, Պիեռ Ուզուլիասին, Մուհամեդ Լաքհիլային և Դանիել Կազարյանին: Այս մասին NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են ՀՀ ԱԳՆ լրատվական ծառայությունից։

 

Նախարար Մնացականյանը ողջունեց ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականներին և երախտագիտություն հայտնեց վերջիններիս վճռականության և հետևողականության համար՝ հայ-ֆրանսիական բարեկամության առավել ամրապնդման և զարգացման գործում: Զրուցակիցները գոհունակությամբ արձանագրեցին Հայաստանի և Ֆրանսիայի միջև ամենաբարձր մակարդակով հաստատված երկխոսության դրական դինամիկան, պարբերաբար տեղի ունեցող երկկողմ փոխայցերն ու հանդիպումները: Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ ղեկավարն ընդգծեց նաև ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականների կարևոր դերակատարությունը՝ հայ-ֆրանսիական երկկողմ օրակարգի առավել ընդլայնման և հարստացման ուղղությամբ:

 

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև Ֆրանկոֆոնիայի միջազգային կազմակերպության դերին և դրա շրջանակներում հաստատված համագործակցությանը: ԱԳ նախարարը նշեց, որ ՖՄԿ-ն միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային համագործակցության լավ հարթակ է, և ընդգծեց, որ Հայաստանը` որպես գագաթաժողովը նախագահող պետություն, իր վճռական ներդրումն է ունենալու ֆրանկոֆոն արժեքների առաջմղման և տարածման գործում: Ներկայացնելով ՖՄԿ գագաթաժողովում Հայաստանի նախագահության առաջնահերթությունները՝ նախարար Մնացականյանը նաև կարևորեց կառույցի` միջազգային և տարածաշրջանային կազմակերպությունների հետ սերտ համագործակցության զարգացումը: 

 

Հանդիպմանն անդրադարձ կատարվեց նաև Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի հիմնախնդրին: Նախարար Մնացականյանը նշեց, որ հայկական կողմը բարձր է գնահատում Ֆրանսիայի՝ որպես ԵԱՀԿ Մինսկի խմբի անդամ երկրի աջակցությունը հիմնախնդրի խաղաղ կարգավորման գործում: 

 

Զրուցակիցների քննարկումների կենտրոնում էին նաև ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականների այցն Արցախ և այնտեղ ունեցած հանդիպումները: Այս համատեքստում ԱԳ նախարարը շնորհակալություն հայտնեց ֆրանսիացի պատգամավորներին` մարդու իրավունքները հարգելու իրենց սկզբունքային դիրքորոշման և վճռականության համար՝ շեշտելով, որ Արցախը նախևառաջ մարդիկ են, որոնց առանց խտրականության պետք է հասանելի լինեն բոլոր մարդու իրավունքները և հիմնարար ազատությունները: Նշվեց, որ ֆրանսիացի խորհրդարանականների այցն Արցախ մարդու ընդհանրական իրավունքների հանդեպ ցուցաբերված համերաժշության արտահայտություն է:
