Թրամփը որոշել է մեկ տարով երկարացնել Կուբայի առեւտրային էմբարգոն
INTERNATIONAL NEWSԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը որոշել է մինչեւ 2020 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 14-ը երկարացնել առեւտրային ռեստրիկցիաները Կուբայի հանդեպ։ Համապատասխան հայտարարությունն ուրբաթ տարածել է Սպիտակ տան մամուլի ծառայությունը, տեղեկացնում է ՏԱՍՍ-ը։
«Ես որոշեցի, որ այդ միջոցների մեկ տարով երկարացումը Կուբայի հանդեպ համապատասխանում է ԱՄՆ ազգային շահերին»,- ասվում է հայտարարությունում։
Այս որոշմամբ Թրամփը երկարացրել է իր լիազորությունները, որոնք նրան էմբարգոն պահելու եւ առանձին գործարքների թույլտվություն տալու իմաստով ազատություններ են ընձեռում։
Խոսքն օրենքի մասին է, որն ուժի մեջ է մտել դեռեւս 1917 թվականին։ Այն թույլ է տալիս սահմանափակել առեւտուրն այն երկրների հետ, որոնք թշնամաբար են տրամադրված ԱՄՆ-ի հանդեպ։ Ներկա պահին Կուբան միակ երկիրն է, որի վրա տարածվում է այդ օրենքը։
2008-ին այդ ցուցակից հանվեց Հյուսիսային Կորեան, որի հանդեպ միեւնույն ժամանակ այլ կոշտ միջոցներ են գործում։
ԱՄՆ-ը Կուբայի հետ դիվանագիտական կապերը խզել է 1961 թվականին՝ ի պատասխան կղզում ամերիկյան սեփականության ազգայնացման։ Դրանից հետո Վաշինգտոնը հայտարարեց երկրի հանդեպ առեւտրատնտեսակա էմբարգո մտցնելու մասին։
