POLITICSՍա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատմության ամենից խայտառակ քրեական գործն է և այս գործի մասին գրվելու է դասագրքերում։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 12–ին Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում հայտարարեց անազատության մեջ գտնվող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։
«Այս մեկ տարվա ընթացքում իմ իրավունքները խախտվել են բազմաթիվ անգամներ և իմ տպավորությունն այնպիսին է, որ այս գործով որևէ խախտման հնարավորություն բաց չեն թողել։ Սա անձնավորված գործ է, քաղաքական հետապնդման էլեմենտ կա այստեղ, և սա արվում է մի մարդու նկատմամբ, որը և Ղարաբաղում և Հայաստանում նախագահ է եղել։ Մեկ–մեկ մտածում ես, որ իմ՝ նախկին նախագահիս նկատմամբ կարող են այսպիսի չարաշահումներ թույլատրել, ես մի բան եմ հասկանում , որ դատախազության համար օրենքը ոնց որ պլաստիլին լինի՝ ոնց ուզես մեկնաբանես»,–հայտարարեց նա։
Երկրորդ նախագահի կարծիքով՝ այս քրեական գործի մասին հետագայում գրվելու է դասագրքերում։
«Հիմա սա է վիճակը , իմ տպավորությամբ սա Հայաստանի Հանրապետության պատմության ամենից խայտառակ քրեական գործն է, դասագրքերում է գրվելու այս գործի մասին և այս գործն ունենալու է իր բացասական և դրական հերոսներին, ես չեմ կասկածում, թե ովքեր են լինելու սրա բացասական հերոսները»,–ասաց նա, ապա դիմելով նախագահող դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանին, հավելեց.
«Դուք այն անձնավորությունն եք, որը գրում է այս քրեական գործի պատմության ևս մեկ էջ, թե ինչպիսին է լինելու այս էջը, կախված է ձեզանից»։
Հիշեցնենք, որ այսօրվա նիստում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները միջնորդեցին սեպտեմբերի 4–ի ՍԴ որոշման հիմքով Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ քրեական հետապնդումը անհապաղ դադարեցնել և Քոչարյանի նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոցն անհապաղ վերացնել։
