Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Դատախազության համար ինքնասիրության հարց է պնդել մի մեղադրանք, որը լրիվ ջուր է։ Այս մասին այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 12-ին, լրագրողների հետ զրույցում ասաց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի որդին՝ Լեւոն Քոչարյանը։

«Այնպիսի տպավորություն է, որ Դատախազությունը ինչ–որ մի պարբերություն է կարդացել, երբ մնացած պարբերությունները միանշանակ հակասում են նույն այդ պարբերությանը։ Կարծում եմ, որ ոչ մեկի համար գաղտնիք չէ, որ այս ամեն ինչն ուղղորդված նպատակ է հետապնդում»,–նշեց նա:

Անդրադառնալով Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կողմից Հրայր Թովմասյանին ճնշումների ենթարկելու մասին լուրերին՝ նա նշեց, որ խոսել է հոր հետ, որը եւս հաստատել է՝ Հրայր Թովմասյանին անձնապես չի ճանաչել, ապա հավելեց՝ Հրայր Թովմասյանը չի աշխատել իր հոր նախագահության տարիներին:

Հարցին՝ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նկատմամաբ նույնպես ճնշում գործադրվում է, Լեւոն Քոչարյանը նշեց. «Մի բան որ չգիտեմ, չեմ կարող ասել, ընթացքից պարզ կլինի»։

Նա նաեւ շեշտեց՝ շատ հեղինակավոր եւ անաչառ փաստաբաններ են պնդում, որ ՍԴ որոշումից հետո Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը պետք է ազատ արձակվի. «Մեր փաստաբաններ եւ շատ հեղինակավոր փաստաբաններ կարծիք են հայտնում, որ նա պետք է ազատ արձակվի։ Դատախազությանը, կարծես թե, կիսատ է ընթերցել ՍԴ որոշումը։ Տպավորություն է, որ իրենց համար ինքնասիրության հարց է պնդել մի մեղադրանք, որը լրիվ ջուր է»։

Նշենք, որ Երեւանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանի Շենգավիթի նստավայրում, դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ մեկնարկել է «Մարտի մեկի» գործով սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու համար մեղադրվող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի եւ մյուս նախկին պաշտոնյաների վերաբերյալ գործի քննությունը։

Դատական նիստին ներկա են ամբաստանյալներ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, նախկին փոխվարչապետ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը, պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը:

Երկրորդ նախագահի փաստաբանները միջնորդել են Քոչարյանի խափանման միջոցը փոխել եւ նրա նկատմամբ իրականացվող քրեական հետապնդումը դադարեցնել։

Դատավարությանը զուգահեռ բողոքի ակցիաներ են ընթանում դատարանի շենքի դիմաց։
