Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում՝ դատավոր Աննա Դանիբեկյանի նախագահությամբ ընթանում է «Մարտի մեկի» գործով սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ մեղադրվող ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի և մյուս նախկին պաշտոնյաների գործի քննությունը։

Դատական նիստի մեկնարկին դատարանը ամբաստանյալներից ճշտեց նրանց տվյալները՝ ծննդյան տարեթիվը, բնակության վայրը, առողջական վիճակը։

Ամբաստանյալներից Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը հայտարարեց, որ այս պահին մշտական աշխատանք չունի, հանդիսանում է  «Սիստեմա» ԲՖԿ տնօրենների խորհրդի անդամ։ Հարցին, արդյոք ունի առողջական խնդիրներ՝ Քոչարյանը պատասխանեց.

«Չէի ցանկանա դատարանում խոսել առողջական խնդիրներից»։

Հարցին արդյոք ստացել է մեղադրական եզրակացությունը, երկրորդ նախագահը պատասխանեց՝ վաղուց։

«Մոտ երկուսուկես ամիս սպասել եմ, թե երբ է քննվելու կալանքի հարցը»,–հայտարարեց երկրորդ նախագահը։

Հաշվի առնելով ամբաստանյալ Սեյրան Օհանյանի առողջական վիճակը, դատարանը թույլատրեց նրան՝ դատարանի  հարցերին պատասխանել նստած։

Պաշտպանության նախկին նախարարը հայտարարեց, որ բնակվում է Վահագնի թաղամասում, չի աշխատում, կենսաթոշակառու  է։

ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար, ամբաստանյալ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը դատարանի հարցերին պատասխանեց ռուսերենով։ Նա հայտարարեց, որ հայերենին տիրապետում է, սակայն բանավոր խոսքում հնարավոր է սխալներ թույլ տա, դրա համար խոսում է ռուսերեն լեզվով։ Նա նշեց, որ բնակվում է Ազատության պողոտայում, ազատորեն տիրապետում է ռուսերեն գրավոր և բանավոր լեզվին, իսկ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը ստացել է երեք ամիս առաջ։

Հիշեցնենք, որ այս գործով մեղադրյալի կարգավիճակում են ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը, ՀՀ ԶՈՒ նախկին գլխավոր շտաբի պետ, ՀԱՊԿ նախկին գլխավոր քարտուղար Յուրի Խաչատուրովը, ՀՀ պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Սեյրան Օհանյանը եւ ՀՀ նախկին փոխվարչապետ  Արմեն Գեւորգյանը։ Յուրի Խաչատուրովը եւ Սեյրան Օհանյանը մեղադրվում են սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու մեջ, Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը՝ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելու եւ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու, իսկ Արմեն Գեւորգյանը՝ ՀՀ սահմանադրական կարգը տապալելուն օժանդակելու, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով կաշառք ստանալու եւ հանցավոր ճանապարհով ստացված գույքն օրինականացնելու մեջ: Այս գործով կալանքի տակ է միայն Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանը։ Երկրորդ նախագահը կալանավորվել է երեք անգամ. վերջինը՝ հունիսի 25-ին Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանի դատավոր Արմեն Դանիելյանի որոշմամբ։

Սեյրան Օհանյանի եւ Արմեն Գեւորգյանի նկատմամբ, որպես փախանման միջոց է ընտրված՝ չհեռանալու մասին ստորագրությունը, իսկ Խաչատուրովի նկատմամբ՝ գրավը։

Այսօրվա նիսում Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի պաշտպանները կմիջնորդեն սեպտեմբերի 4–ի ՍԴ որոշման հիմքով անհապաղ ազատ արձակել Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։
