Եվրամիության եւ Եվրասիական տնտեսական միության (ԵԱՏՄ) միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը հնարավոր Է միայն Մինսկի համաձայնագրերի կատարման դեպքում: Այդ մասին, ինչպես տեղեկացնում Է «Արմենպրես»-ը, հայտարարել Է Եվրահանձնաժողովի (ԵՀ) ներկայացուցիչ Մարգարիտիս Սհինասը՝ մեկնաբանելով ԵՀ-ի ղեկավար Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերի ուղերձը ՌԴ-ի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին:
«Ես կցանկանայի վերադառնալ ԵՀ-ի նախագահ Ժան Կլոդ Յունկերի նամակին, որը նա ՌԴ-ի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինին ուղարկել Է մի քանի օր առաջ: Այդ նամակը ոչ մի նոր դիրքորոշում չի ներկայացնում: Ընդհանուր տնտեսական տարածքի ստեղծումը վաղեմի նպատակ Է եւ Մինսկի համաձայնագրերի պայմանների բաղկացուցիչ մասը: Ուստի այդ ուղերձում Յունկերը պարզապես կրկնել Է Մինսկի համաձայնագրերի ստորագրումից հետո իր հնչեցրած դիրքորոշումը եւ համաձայնագրերի բոլոր դրույթները կատարելու իր պատրաստակամությունը»,-ասել Է նա:
«ԵՄ-ի եւ ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջեւ հարաբերությունների զարգացումը հնարավոր Է միայն Մինսկի համաձայնագրերի կատարման դեպքում եւ հանրակցության երկրների հետ փոխգործակցությամբ»,-ասել Է նա, հաղորդել Է ՏԱՍՍ-ը:
