Այս պահի դրությամբ մենք  չունենք Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործումը արգելելու որեւէ իրավական հիմնավորում: Այս մասին այսօր` սեպտեմբերի 9-ին, ֆեյսբուքյան ուղիղ եթերի ժամանակ  ասաց  ՀՀ  վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը` անդրադառնալով Ամուլսարի խնդրին:

«Այս պահի դրությամբ մենք  չունենք Ամուլսարի հանքի շահագործումը արգելելու որեւէ իրավական հիմնավորում, բայց հասկանալի է նաեւ, որ մենք չենք կարող հաշվի չառնել  մեր հանրությյան շրջանում առկա անհնագստությունները: Մենք չենք կարող ասել, հա դե, դե յուրե ոչ մի հիմք չունենք, մեր հանրությունն էլ անհնագստություններ ունի, հարցեր ունի, փաստեր ունի, որոնք, ի դեպ, ձեռք են բերվել մեր օգնությամբ ու աջակցությամբ, մեր աշխատանքի թափանցիկության շնորհիվ, մենք չենք կարող ասել` էդ ամեն ինչը մեզ չի վերաբերում, բնականաբար, մենք պետք է հաշվի առնենք հանրության անհանգստությունը: Մյուս կողմից մենք չենք կարող նաեւ հաշվի չնստել Հայաստանի տնտեսական հանրության անհանգստությունները» ,- ասաց նա:

Փաշինյանն ընդգծեց, որ Ամուլսարի շուրջ ստեղծված իրավիճակում, իրենք որոշակի ազդակներ ունեն, որ եթե իրավիճակը ճշգրիտ չկառավարեն, ապա դա կարող է հանգեցնել Հայաստանի վարկանիշի նվազեցման, ինչը կազդի վարկերի տոկոսների վրա:

«Եւ հետեւյալ խնդիրը, կա, երբ մենք ասում ենք, որ ուղղակի Ամուլսարի հանքը չենք թույլ տալիս շահագործվի, շատ պարզ հարց է ծագում` բա եթե էդպես է, ինչո՞ւ եք օրինակ թույլ տալիս, որ Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային հանքը շահագործվի, կամ Թեղուտի հանքը շահագործվի, արդյոք նրանք համապատասխանում են բոլոր բնապահպանական ստանդարտներին եւ որեւէ խնդիր չեն առաջացնում: Այստեղ շատ լուրջ խնդիր մենք կարող ենք միջազգայնորեն ունենալ, երբ որ պարզվի, որ մենք խտրական վերաբերմունք ենք ցուցաբերում»,-ասաց նա:
