SOCIETYԱյսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 8-ին, ողբերգական դեպք է տեղի ունեցել Տավուշի մարզում: Ժամը 17:45-ի սահմաններում, Դովեղ գյուղի բնակիչ, 47-ամյա Փաշիկ Ղազարյանը իր վարած 74 07 APB համարանիշի մոտոցիկլով գյուղամիջյան ճամապարհում դեռևս անհայտ պայմաններում գլխիվայր շրջվել է: Ինչպես հայտնում է ֆոտոլրագրող Գագիկ Շամշյանը, վթարի հետևանքով Փ. Ղազարյանը տեղում մահացել է:
Օպերատիվորեն դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ճանապարահյին ոստիկանության 2-րդ սպայական գումարտակի 5-րդ վաշտի 2-րդ դասակի ծառայողները՝ վաշտի հրամանատար Սմբատ Նորեկյանի, դասակի հրամանատար Արա Շահնազարյանի գլխավորությամբ: Օպերատիվորեն ժամանել են նաև ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի հերթապահ խումբը՝ բաժնի պետ Կարեն Հակոբյանի գլխավորությամբ:
Վթարի մասին ՃՈ 1-77 օպերատիվ կառավարման կենտրոնի պատասխանատու հերթապահ Երվանդ Ալեքասանյանը տեղեկությունը փոխանցել է Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Տավուշի մարզային քննչական վարչություն, որտեղից ժամանել է քննչական խումբը՝ ավագ քննիչ Հակոբ Բեգլարյանի գլխավորությամբ, ում կողմից փաստի առթիվ նյութեր են նախապատրաստվում: Քննիչի հանձնարարկանով մոտոցիկլը տեղափոխվում է ոստիկանության Նոյեմբերյանի բաժնի պահպանվող հատուկ տարածք: Լուսանկարները՝ Մհեր Ղալեչյանի Ծանուցում. Ենթադրյալ հանցանքի մեջ կասկածվողը կամ մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
