POLITICSԱրցախի Հանրապետությունը հերթական քայլն է կատարում՝ սեփական պետականությունը ժողովրդավարական արժեքների հիման վրա կառուցելու եւ ամրապնդելու վճռականությամբ: Այս մասին ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է ԱՀ պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը։
ՏԻՄ համակարգը ժողովրդավարության իրացման լավագույն դրսեւորումն է: Այսօր այցելել եմ ընտրատեղամաս եւ քվեարկել Ստեփանակերտի՝ ավելի զարգացած ու բարեկեցիկ համայնքի համար:
Կարծում եմ նաեւ նույն զգացողությունն ունի ընտրատեղամաս մտնող մեր երկրի յուրաքանչյուր քաղաքացի, որովհետեւ մեր այսօրվա դիրքորոշումից է կախված 228 համայնքի առաջընթացը: Զարգացած համայնք ունենալու համար կարեւոր է յուրաքանչյուրիս աշխատանքը՝ հատկապես կառավարություն եւ ՏԻՄ փոխհարաբերությունների համատեքստում: Եվ ինչքան բարձր լինի այդ համագործակցության աստիճանը, աշխատանքի արդյունավետությունը նույնքան մեծ կլինի: Համայնքը մեծ լիազորություններով է օժտված, ինչը կառավարության քաղաքականության շրջանակներում է՝ այսինքն ընդլայնել ապակենտրոնացված կառավարումը: Վստահաբար կարող եմ արձանագրել, որ այս ընտրությունները նոր մեկնարկ են այդ գաղափարը ընդլյանելու եւ խորացնելու համար:
