Սեպտեմբերի 7-ին Արցախի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի նախագահ Աշոտ Ղուլյանն ընդունել է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության Ազգային ժողովի պատգամավորական պատվիրակությանը՝ ՀՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանի գլխավորությամբ: Խորհրդարանականներն Արցախ են ժամանել սեպտեմբերի 8-ին հանրապետությունում կայանալիք տեղական ինքնակառավարման մարմինների ընտրություններին դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու նպատակով:

 

Ողջունելով հյուրերին՝ Ազգային ժողովի նախագահը բարձր է գնահատել ՀՀ խորհրդարանի պատգամավորների՝ Արցախի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին դիտորդական առաքելությամբ մասնակցելու պատրաստակամությունը՝ այն համարելով երկու խորհրդարանների միջև համագործակցության գործնական դրսևորում: Կարևորելով ՏԻՄ ընտրությունների անցկացումը՝ Աշոտ Ղուլյանը նշել է, որ Արցախը վճռական է ժողովրդավարական ճանապարհով իշխանությունների ձևավորման հարցում թե՛ տեղական, թե՛ համապետական մակարդակում:

 

 

ՀՀ ԱԺ պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Վարդանյանը հավաստել է պատվիրակության՝ հանրապետության ողջ տարածքում դիտորդական առաքելություն իրականացնելու և ընտրական գործընթացների ուղղությամբ փորձի փոխանակման պատրաստակամությունը:

 

Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվել է նաև ընտրական և տեղական ինքնակառավարման օրենսդրության կարգավորումներին և երկու խորհրդարանների պետաիրավական հանձնաժողովների համագործակցությանը վերաբերող հարցեր:

 

Հանդիպմանը մասնակցել է նաև Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական-իրավական հարցերի մշտական հանձնաժողովի նախագահ Հովիկ Ջիվանյանը:
