ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» և «Էլլիպս Ջի Էյ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների հիմնադիրների կողմից խարդախությամբ պետությունից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով պետությանը պատճառված վնասի մի մասը՝ 210.346.512 ՀՀ դրամը վերականգնվել է:

 

 

 

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչությունում «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» և «Էլլիպս Ջի Էյ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների հիմնադիրների, և իրավասու աշխատակիցների կողմից խարդախությամբ պետությունից առանձնապես խոշոր չափի գումար հափշտակելու դեպքի առթիվ քննվող քրեական գործով ժամանակին և ճիշտ կատարված լայնածավալ քննչական և դատավարական գործողությունների, լրիվ, բազմակողմանի և օբյեկտիվ քննության արդյունքում ձեռք բերված ապացույցների բավարար համակցության հիման վրա 13.08.2019թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 178-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 325-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով որպես մեղադրյալներ են ներգրավվել՝ «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» և «Էլլիպս Ջի Էյ» ՍՊ ընկերությունների հիմնադիրները, «Սեքյուրիթի Դրիմ» ՍՊ ընեկերության նախկին տնօրենը, նշված ընկերությունների հաշվապահները:

 

 

 

Հիմնադիրներից մեկը կալանավորվել է, հաշվապահների նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ընտրված  կալանավորումը փոխարինվել է այլընտրանքային խափանման միջոց գրավով, մյուս հիմնադրի և տնօրենի նկատմամբ խափանման միջոց է ընտրվել կալանավորումը և վերջիններիս նկատմամբ հայտարարվել է հետախուզում:

 

 

 

Նախաքննության ներկա փուլում պետությանը պատճառված վնասից 210.346.512 ՀՀ դրամը վերականգնվել է:
