Հայաստանի հյուսիս-արեւմուտքում` Շիրակի մարզում հատկապես առանձնակի կարեւորություն  կստանա արտաքին տնտեսական գործունեության սպասարկման կենտրոնի գործարկումը: Իսկ մինչ այդ, Գյումրիում` կառույցի համար նախատեսված տարածքում, որտեղ առաջնային տեղափոխվելու է ավտոմեքենաների մաքսային ձեւակերպումներին առնչվող գործառույթն, այսօր մեծ թափով շինարարություն է ընթանում: Ամբողջ գործընթացը Պետական եկամուտների կոմիկտեի նախագահի ամենօրյա հսկողության ներքո է: Դավիթ Անանյանն աշխատանքային հերթական այցն է կատարել Գյումրի: Նրա գլխավորությամբ աշխատանքային խումբը շրջել է շինհրապարակում, դիտարկել աշխատանքային գործընթացը եւ արձանագրել նախորդ այցից հետո կատարված առաջընթացը: ՊԵԿ նախագահի խոսքով` աշխատանքի տեմպերն այդքան էլ չեն գոհացնում, բայց դա չի նշանակում, որ ահռելի գործ չի կատարվել. «Նախանշված ժամկետները պետք է պահպանել, եւ եթե ընթացքում անհրաժեշտությունն առաջանա, շինարարությունը կիրականացվի 24-ժամյա աշխատանքային ռեժիմով»:

Սպասարկման կենտրոն կառուցելու համար հատկացված 21,5 հա տարածքից այժմ ավտոմաքսատան համար նախատեսված 5,5 հեկտարում է մեծածավալ շինարարությունն ընթանում: Ընդամենը մեկ ամիս առաջ այստեղ նոր շենքի հիմքերն են դրվել, իսկ այսօր արդեն շինարարական եռուն շրջանն է: Շինարարները քայլ առ քայլ իրականություն են դարձնում նախագիծը: Աշխատուժի պակաս էլ չկա: Այժմ շուրջ 160 հոգի է այստեղ աշխատում, սակայն հետագայում՝ 24-ժամյա գրաֆիկի անցնելիս` աշխատողների թիվը կարող է 350-ի հասնել: Իսկ տարածքում ստորգետնյա ջրերի բարձրացումը խնդիր չի առաջացնի. դեռեւս նախագծման փուլում  հետազոտություններ են արվել, ճարտարապետական ու շինարարական լրացուցիչ խնդիրներ են դրվել եւ հաղթահարվել: Հիմքերն ամուր են,  բետոնացման ծավալները՝ նախատեսվածից ավելին: Շենքը շահագործման կհանձվի սահմանված ժամկետում. վերահաստել է կոմիտեի ղեկավարը: «Հոկտեմբերի 11-ին նախատեսված է կառույցի բացումը, դա մեզ համար կարեւոր մարտահրավեր է: Մենք ինքներս մեզ համար մարտահրավեր ենք սահմանում եւ այդպիսի նշաձող: Կարծում եմ, որ ցանկացած ոլորտում, եթե ցանկացած նախաձեռնության մեջ հավակնոտ նշաձող չես սահմանում,  ուղղակի հաջողություն չես ունենում եւ առաջընթաց չես ապահովում»,-ընդգծել է Դավիթ Անանյանը:

Շրջայցի ընթացքում ի հայտ եկած խնդիրների հետ կապված ՊԵԿ նախագահը խորհրդակցություն է անցկացրել Հյուսիսային մաքսատուն-վարչությունում: Նա հանձնարարել ի մի բերել շինարարական թերացումներն ու շտկել դրանք: Դավիթ Անանյանն ընդգծել է շինարարական աշխատանքները բարձր որակով եւ ժամանակին ավարտին հասցնելու անհրաժեշտությունը:

Գյումրիի ավտոմաքսատունը նույնպես մեկ պատուհանի սկզբունքով իրականացնելու  է ծառայություններ: Իսկ դա նշանակում է, որ կկատարվեն ոչ միայն մաքսային ձեւակերպումներ, այլեւ տրանսպորտային միջոցների հաշվառում եւ պետհամարանիշի ստացում: Հաշվի առնելով ավտոմեքենաների ներկրման կանխատեսվող ծավալները՝ արդեն հոկտեմբերին այստեղ օրական կմաքսազերծվի 800-1000 մեքենա:
