Ապօրինի հատվել է 131 հատ ծառ. մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել Լոռու մարզի երեք բնակչի. գործը դատարանում է
SOCIETYՀՀ ՔԿ Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում ավարտվել է ծառերի ապօրինի հատելու եւ դրանք առանց թույլտվության տեղափոխելու դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննությունը՝ երեք անձի մասով։
ՀՀ Քննչական կոմիտեից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ 2018 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 20-ին Թումանյանի անտառպետության 5-րդ պահաբաժնում նույն պահաբաժնի անտառապահի կողմից հայտնաբերվել էր ապօրինի հատված 15 հատ ծառի կոճղ, իսկ 2019 թվականի հունվարի 11-ին Ստեփանավանի անտառպետության 5-րդ պահաբաժնում նույն պահաբաժնի անտառապահի կողմից հայտնաբերվել է ապօրինի հատված եւս 116 հատ ծառի կոճղ, որոնց կապակցությամբ կազմվել են անտառխախտման արձանագրություններ:
Դեպքի առթիվ հարուցված քրեական գործով իրականացված բազմակողմանի քննության արդյունքում բավարար ապացույցներ են ձեռք բերվել այն մասին, որ առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով ծառահատումներն իրականացվել են Լոռու մարզի բնակիչների կողմից՝ ծնված 1986, 1988, 1987 եւ 1984թթ.:
Մասնավորապես՝ պարզվել է, որ Լոռու մարզի նշված բնակիչները, վառելափայտ վաճառելու նպատակով, 2018 թվականի նոյեմբեր-դեկտեմբեր ամիսներին «Հայանտառ» ՊՈԱ կազմակերպության տարբեր անտառպետությունների տարածքներից բենզասղոցի գործադրմամբ ապօրինի հատել են ընդհանուր 131 հատ ծառեր, դրանք մասնատելով պատրաստել վառելափայտ, տեղափոխել, վաճառել՝ պատճառելով առանձնապես խոշոր չափի` 4 920 000 ՀՀ դրամի վնաս:
Ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նրանցից մեկին՝ 1988թ. ծնված տղամարդուն, մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 38-296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով, իսկ մյուս երկուսին՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով: Նրանց վերաբերյալ մասն անջատվել է առանձին վարույթ, եւ քրեական գործը՝ մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել դատարան:
Քանի որ պատճառված վնասը չի վերականգնվել, ուստի, քննիչի որոշմամբ, կալանք է դրվել նրանց անվամբ գրանցված անշարժ ու շարժական գույքի վրա:
Միաժամանակ, հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում գործով մեղադրյալներից մեկը՝ Լոռու մարզի՝ 1984թ. ծնված բնակիչ, թաքնվել է քննությունից, ուստի՝ նրա բացակայության պայմաններում որոշումներ են կայացվել նրան ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով եւ 38-296-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասով որպես մեղադրյալ ներգրավելու, նրա նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց ստորագրություն՝ չհեռանալու մասին ընտրելու եւ հետախուզում հայտարարելու մասին:
Անջատված մասով նախաքննությունը շարունակվում է: Ձեռնարկվում են անհրաժեշտ միջոցառումներ՝ վերջինիս հայտնաբերելու եւ վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին ներկայացնելու ուղղությամբ:
