ԲՀԿ-ն` բյուջեի վերաբերյալ իրենց մոտեցումների մասին

Դեկտեմբերի 7-ից Ազգային ժողովը հերթական քառօրյայի շրջանակում կշարունակի քննարկվել 2016 թվականի բյուջեի նախագիծը: Հիշեցնենք, որ նախորդ՝ հերթական նիստում խորհրդարանը քննարկել էր այն, իսկ դեկտեմբերի 7-ին կառավարությունը խորհրդարանին կներկայացնի, թե որ պատգամավորների ինչ առաջարկություններն են տեղ գտել նախագծի լրամշակված տարբերակում: Քննարկումներից հետո հարցը կդրվի քվեարկության:

Հետաքրքրական է, որ օրերս «Հրապարակ» օրաթերթը գրել էր, որ իրենց տեղեկություններով, կառավարությունում շոկ են ապրել` տեղեկանալով, որ ՀՅԴ-ն դեմ է քվեարկելու 2016-ի բյուջեին, որովհետև հունվարին ՀՅԴ-ին սպասում էին որպես կոալիցիոն գործընկեր: Ըստ օրաթերթի` ՀՅԴ-ի «վարքագիծը» պատճառ է դարձել, որ մոբիլիզացվի ԲՀԿ-ն, որը մեկ մարդու նման «կողմ» է քվեարկելու, ընդ որում` քոչարյանականներն էլ դեմ չեն լինելու՝ չեն մասնակցելու կամ ձեռնպահ են լինելու:

Past.am-ը ԲՀԿ խմբակցության քարտուղար Վահե Էնֆիաջյանից հետաքրքվեց, թե, ի վերջո, ինչպես են քվեարկելու ԲՀԿ-ական պատգամավորները: Ի պատասխան` պատգամավորը նշեց, որ իրենց համար կարևորը բյուջեում առկա մոտեցումներն են: «Եթե, օրինակ՝ նախորդ կառավարության կողմից ԲՀԿ-ի կողմից ամենաողջամիտ, լավագույն և տրամաբանված առաջարկությունները քննարկվել էին և բացասական եզրակացության արժանացել, այս պարագայում մեր կարևորագույն նախաձեռնություններին ականջալուր են եղել, որոշ նախաձեռնություններ ընդունվել և ընկալվել են կառավարության կողմից»,- մեկնաբանեց Էնֆիաջյանը` շեշտելով, որ 2016 թվականի բյուջեն առնչություն ունի իրականության հետ:

Խմբակցության քարտուղարը հիշեց, որ նախորդ տարիներին բյուջեի նախագծում ներկայացված էին այնպիսի թվեր, որոնք հետագայում չէին արդարանում: Պատասխանելով մեր հարցին, թե կարելի՞ է պատասխանից ենթադրել, որ ԲՀԿ-ն կողմ է քվեարկելու այս բյուջեին, Էնֆիաջյանը պարզաբանեց. «Բնականաբար, մեր ներքին քննարկման ժամանակ ասածս կետերը բարձրաձայնվել են, մենք խոսել ենք հիմնական այս հարցերի մասին և վերջնական մեր խոսքը կասենք քվեարկությունից առաջ»:
