Արցախի Հանրապետության պետական նախարար Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանն այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 5-ին աշխատանքային այց է կատարել Հադրութի շրջան: ԱՀ պետական նախարարի աշխատակազմի տեղեկատվության եւ հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից NEWS.am-ին հայտնում են, որ պետնախարարը ֆինանսների եւ գյուղատնտեսության նախարարների ուղեկցությամբ ծանոթացել է Արաքսի հովտում իրականացվող պետական ծրագրերի ընթացքին: 2018 թվականին ստեղծված  «Արաքս գոտի» փակ բաժնետիրական ընկերությունը շարունակում է այգեգործության եւ դաշտավարության համար բարենպաստ պայմաններ ստեղծել՝ մշակության պատրաստ հողատարածքները վարձակալական հիմունքներով տրամադրելով հողօգտագործողներին:

 

Պետական նախարարը կարեւորել է աշխատանքների պատշաճ իրականացումը՝ Արաքսի հովտի ռազմավարական ծրագրի հաջողությունը կարեւորելով հանրապետության  տնտեսական զարգացման համատեքստում: Գրիգորի Մարտիրոսյանը հանձնարարել է պատասխանատուներին խստորեն վերահսկել, որ պահպանվեն ագրոկանոնները, պայմանագիրը խզել այդ կանոնները խախտողների հետ ու հողը տրամադրել այլ վարձակալների: Պետական նախարարը շրջայցի ընթացքում հանդիպել է հովտում գործունեություն ծավալած մենատնտեսների հետ, քննարկել առկա խնդիրներն ու հավաստիացրել՝ պետությունը աջակցելու է հատկապես նրանց, ովքեր անցում կկատարեն ինտենսիվ գյուղատնտեսությանը Արաքսի հովտի գյուղատնտեսական նշանակության հողերից ներկայում մշակության համար պիտանի է մոտ 3 000 հա վարելահող, որից ոռոգման տակ է 1 700  հեկտարը: Այժմ մշակվում է 56 հեկտար խաղողայգի, որից 31 հեկտարում իրականացվել են երիտասարդացում, 25 հա նռան եւ 15,5 հա պտղատու այգիներ: 2019 թ. բերքի տակ մշակվել է շուրջ 1350 հա հող:
