Արտաքին գերատեսչությունը պետք է շտկի վիճակը
POLITICSՌուս ակտիվիստ Վիտալի Շիշկինի՝ Հայաստանում ապաստան ստանալու թեման, ըստ փորձագիտական որոշ շրջանակների, հազիվ թե անպատասխան մնա ՌԴ կողմից։
Մասնավորաբար, մեզ հետ զրույցում մի քանի քաղաքագետներ մտահոգություն էին հայտնում, որ Ռուսաստանը գուցե արգելի ներքին անձնագրերով ՀՀ տարածք մտնելը: Ի դեպ, Շիշկինը Հայաստան է ժամանել ՌԴ ներքին անձնագրով, որովհետև չի ունեցել երկրից դուրս գալու համար նախատեսված անձնագիր («զագրանպասպորտ»):
Նշենք, որ 2017 թվականին ՀՀ կառավարությունը հավանություն էր տվել Ռուսաստանի հետ առանց վիզային ռեժիմի վերաբերյալ համաձայնագրում փոփոխություններ կատարելու մասին առաջարկին, ըստ որի՝ ՌԴ քաղաքացիները կարող են Հայաստան այցելել ներքին անձնագրերով: Նշվում էր, որ այդ որոշումը ավելի դյուրին կդարձնի ՌԴ քաղաքացիների կողմից փաստաթղթերի ձևակերպման գործընթացը, բացի այդ, այն ուղղված է Ռուսաստանից Հայաստան զբոսաշրջության հոսքի մեծացմանը:
Ըստ փորձագետների, Հայաստանի արտաքին գերատեսչությունը պետք է ակտիվ աշխատանքներ տանի ՌԴ հետ՝ մեղմելու այս չմտածված քայլի հնարավոր հետևանքները, քանզի հենց միայն ներքին անձնագրերով ՀՀ այցելելու հնարավորության վերացումը կարող է լուրջ հարված լինել տուրիզմի համար, քանի որ ՌԴ քաղաքացիների մեծ մասը հենց ներքին անձնագրերով էին ժամանում Հայաստան։
