Վերջին օրերին ինտերնետային կայքերից մեկում հայտնվեց Եղվարդում կառուցվող Արմօյլ բիտումի և քսայուղերի գործարանի վերաբերյալ մոտ 15 րոպե տևողությամբ մի ռեպորտաժ, որտեղ ապատեղեկատվությունից բացի, որևէ փաստական տվյալներ չկան,-վստահեցնում են Արմօյլ գործարանի պատասխանատուները: Ինտերնյուզ կայքում տեղ գտած այսպես կոչված Հատուկ ռեպորտաժում սկզբից մինչև վերջ ներկայացված փաստերը որևէ աղերս չունեն իրականության հետ: Ռեպորտաժում տեղ գտած ապատեղեկատվությանն ու կեղծիքին <<Արմօյլ» ՓԲԸ գլխավոր տնօրենը փաստերով է հակադարձում: Ալֆրեդ Աբեդին վստահենցում է՝ գործարանում արտադրվելու են միայն բիտում և քսայուղեր և նավթամթերքի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող:

Ռեպորտաժում տեղ գտած հաջորդ ապատեղեկատվությունն այն է, որ գործարանն արդեն հանձնվել է շահոգործման, այնինչ աշխատանքները դեռ ընթացքի մեջ են: Ինչ վերաբերում է Եղվարդի քաղաքապետի այն հայտարարությանը, թե ինքը տեղյակ չի եղել, որ այդ տարածքում կառուցվում է Բիտումի և քսայուղերի գործարան նույնպես չի համապատասխանում իրականությանը: Քաղաքապետը ռեպորտաժում նշել է, որ այդ տարածքում կառուցվում է պահեստներ, այնիչնչ և քաղաքապետը, և իրավասու բոլոր գերատեսչությունները ոչ միայն տեղյակ են եղել կառուցվող գործարանի մասին, այլև դրական եզրակացություն են տվել: Ի վերջո, որն է Արմօյլի շուրրջ բարձրացված անտեղի աղմուկի, տարածած ստի, ապատեղեկատվության ու շանտաժի նպատակը և հատկապես ում է ձեռնտու այն դեպքում, երբ գործարանը շահագործելու դեպքում առանց որևէ մեկին կամ շրջակա միջավայրին վնաս հասցնելու մեծ օգուտ է բերելու տնտեսությանը՝ ստեղծելով նաև հարյուրավոր աշխատատեղեր: Արմօյլը կառուցման օրից որդեգրել է բաց և թափանցիկ գործելաոճ և որէ մեկից որևէ թաքցնելու բան չունի:

Ալֆրեդ Աբեդին կոչ է անում որևէ բան հրապարակելիս կամ ռեպորտաժ պատրաստելիս հիմնվել միմիայն փաստաթղթերի վրա և ներկայացնել միայն իրականությունը, այլ ոչ թե որոշ նպատակներ հետապնդելով խեղաթյուրել իրականությունն ու ապատեղեկատվություն տարածել հասարակության շրջանում: Ինչ վերաբերում է ռեպորտաժում շահարկվող մտքին, թե Արմօյլը չի հարգում ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի որոշումներին՝ Արմօյլ ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ալֆրեդ Աբեդին վստահեցնում է. չկա ուժի մեջ մտած որևէ որոշում, որը չի հարգվել Արմօյլ ընկերության կողմից: Կա տեսչական մարմնի կողմից դեկտեմբերի 17-ին կայացված մեկ որոշում, որի հետ Արմօյլը համաձայն չի եղել և բողոքարկել է: Այժմ գործը գնվում է վարչական դատարանում: Որոշումը կայացրած բնապահպանության և ընդերքի տեսչական մարմնի նախկին ղեկավար Արթուր Գրիգորյանը խայտառակ և ոչ կոմպետենտ գործունեության և որոշումներ կայացնելու պատճառով աշխատանքից հեռացվել է: <<Արմօյլ>> գործարանում արտադրվելու են միայն բիտում և քսայուղեր և նավթամթերքի մասին խոսք լինել չի կարող.
