Ոստիկանները ծնողական խնամքից զուրկ հայ անչափահասին Ռուսաստանից տեղափոխեցին Հայաստան

Ոստիկանությունը շարունակում է իր իրավասության սահմաններում միջոցառումներ ձեռնարկել ընտանիքներին անհրաժեշտ աջակցություն ցուցաբերելու, անչափահասներին ընտանիք վերադարձնելու ուղղությամբ: Օրերս ոստիկանության քրեական հետախուզության գլխավոր վարչությունում տեղեկություններ ստացվեցին, որ Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության Սմոլենսկի մարզի սոցիալ-վերականգնողական կենտրոններից մեկում ապաստանել է ծնողական խնամքից զուրկ ՀՀ անչափահաս քաղաքացի:
Տեղեկությունն անմիջապես արձագանք գտավ ՀՀ ոստիկանությունում եւ ձեռնարկված միջոցառումների արդյունքում հայտնաբերվեց անչափահասի մայրը, որը դստերը ՀՀ վերադարձնելու հնարավորություն չուներ եւ խնդրում էր պատկան մարմինների աջակցությունը` աղջկա վերադարձը կազմակերպելու համար:
Հիմք ընդունելով «2002թ. ԱՊՀ անդամ երկրների միջեւ անչափահասներին իրենց մշտական բնակության երկրներ վերադարձնելու» համաձայնագրի պահանջները` օգոստոսի 30-ին անչափահասը ոստիկանության ՔՀԳ վարչության անչափահասների գործերով եւ ընտանիքում բռնության կանխարգելման վարչության շնորհիվ վերադարձվեց ՀՀ եւ ապաստանեց Հայ օգնության ֆոնդի երեխաների աջակցության կենտրոնում:
