Ռուսաստանը չի մերժել Միհրան Պողոսյանի արտահանձնման հարցը. ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան
POLITICSՌուսաստանի կողմից ԴԱՀԿ նախկին ղեկավար Միհրան Պողոսյանին Հայաստանին չարտահանձնելը որեւէ կապ չունի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների հետ: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, ԱԺ-ում լրագրողների հետ զրույցում նշեց ՌԴ-ում Հայաստանի դեսպան Վարդան Տողանյանը:
«Նախկինում էլ, ներկայում էլ, ապագայում էլ նման դեպքեր լինում են: Ընդհանրապես արտահանձնման գործընթացները պետք է համապատասխանեն միջազգային եւ երկրի ներքին օրենսդրությանը: Նախ Ռուսաստանը չի մերժել արտահանձնման հարցը: Եթե դուք կարդացել եք Ռուսաստանի դատախազության հաղորդագրությունը, ասված է, որ դիմել են ՀՀ դատախազությանը լրացուցիչ փաստաթղթեր, լրացուցիչ հիմնավորումներ ստանալու համար: Այսինքն չկա արտահանձնման վերջնական որոշում, դա գործընթաց է, որը պետք է լինի:
Միքայել Հարությունյանի մասով եւս եղել է համապատասխան պարզաբանում: Միքայել Հարությունյանը ՌԴ քաղաքացի է եւ ՌԴ Սահմանադրությամբ նա չի կարող արտահանձնվել»,-ասաց նա:
Տողանյանն ընդգծեց, որ երկու երկրների իրավապահ մարմինների միջեւ տասնյակ, հարյուրավոր նման դեպքեր են լինում. «Ուղղակի լինում են քաղաքացիներ, որ քիչ հայտնի են, մենք չենք իմանում:Ես այս հարցը չէի քաղաքանացնի եւ չէի բերի հայ-ռուսական հարաբերությունների դաշտ»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է նրան, որ ՌԴ նախագահը շնորհավորել է Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին ծննդյան օրվա առթիվ, արդյոք դա կարող է դիտարկվել որպես աջակցություն ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահին այն դատական պրոցեսում, որն ընթանում է ՀՀ-ում, Տողանյանն ասաց. «Ոչ, չի կարող, որովհետեւ դա ՀՀ ներքին գործն է: Հայաստանի ներքին գործերին որեւէ միջամտության փորձի ես տեղյակ չեմ»:
Հիշեցնենք, Միհրան Պողոսյանը մեղադրվում է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 179-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով և 308-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասով: Ըստ մեղադրանքի՝ նա, օգտագործելով պաշտոնեական դիրքը, վատնման եղանակով առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով գույք է հափշտակել և չարաշահել իր պաշտոնեական լիազորությունները, ինչն առաջացրել է ծանր հետևանքներ: Պողոսյանը հայտնաբերվել էր եւ ձերբակալվել էր ապրիլի 19-ին Պետրոզավոդսկ քաղաքում:
