BLOGՆիկոլ Փաշինյանն իր պաշտոնավարման ինչպես մեկ տարին, այնպես էլ 500 օրը նշեց՝ թմբկահարելով իր կառավարության գլխավոր ձեռքբերումը՝ «ժողովրդավարությունը»: Այս մասին Facebook-ի իր էջում գրել է ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը, ով իր գրառումը վերնագրել է. «Հայաստանը՝ ժողովրդավարության պոչամբար»:
Նա, մասնավորապես, նշել է. «Յուր թիմակիցներն այս ընթացքում ավելի հեռու գնացին, հայտարարելով, որ Հայատանը այլեւս «ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն» է, ԱՄՆ-ից եւ Եվրոպայից էլ զիլ:
Իհարկե, Հայաստանում ժողովրդավարության մասին նման անհեթեթ հայտարարությունները լավագույն դեպքում մեծահոգի եւ կարեկցող ժպիտ կարող են առաջացնել ներսում օրեցօր շատացող, իրականության զգացողությունը չկորցրած հարյուր հազարավոր մարդկանց մոտ, իսկ դե արտերկրում արձագանքների մասին ավելի լավ է լռել, վերջիվերջո, երկրիս պատիվն է…
Այսքանը հերիք չէր, հանկարծ Նիկոլը մի օր որոշում է, որ այլեւս պետք է զբաղվի «ժողովրդավարության էքսպորտով», իսկ քանի որ ոչ մի լուրջ տեղում նման խեղկատակ կառավարման համակարգը պիտանի չէ, նա որոշում է, որ իր նիկոլա-գանդիզմի արտահանումը պետք է կազմակերպի Արցախի Հանրապետություն:
Այս ցնդաբանական գաղափարն արտահայտվեց է ոչ միայն իր հարցազրույցներում (Նուվել դ՛Աղմենի), պաշտոնական հայտարարություններում (Արցախի Հանրապետության Անկախության օրվա ուղերձ), այլեւ իր մերձավոր երկու ՀԿ-ներին պետական բյուջեից Արցախի ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին գործուղելու որոշմամբ:
Ուզում եմ հատուկ շեշտել, որ մինչ Հայաստանի կառավարության համապատասխան որոշումը, Արցախը ԿԸՀ-ն այդ ՀԿ-ներին հրավերներ չէր ուղարկել:
Ի՞նչն ես ուզում արտահանես Արցախ, Նիկոլ: Գրպանային Ազգային Ժողո՞վը: Կիսագրագետ կառավարությո՞ւնը: Դատարանների վրա ճնշումնե՞րը: Ատելության եւ անհանդուրժողականության քարոզչությո՞ւնը: Քո ձեռքերում խաղալիք դարձած իրավապահ համակա՞րգը: Քաղաքական մրցակիցների նկատմամբ ճնշումներն ու կալանավորու՞մը:
Պաշտոնավարման 500 օրվա ընթացքում, ստանալով ժողովրդական աջակցության հսկայական պաշար, դու անխնայաբար, խախտելով քաղաքական համակարգի գործունեության բոլոր կաննոները, շահագործել ես մի մեծագույն հարսոտություն, մի բացառիկ հանք՝ մարդկանց վստահությունը:
Ու, ավաղ, Հայաստանը քո ձեռքերում դարձել է ոչ թե ժողովրդավարության բաստիոն, այլ ժողովրդավարության պոչամբար: Սրանից բխող բոլոր տոքսիկ եւ աղետալի հետեւանքներով»:
