Ինչ սկզբունքով են առողջապահության նախարար Արսեն Թորոսյանի մտերիմները հայտնվում հիվանդանոցների խորհուրդներում: Այս մասին, այսօր՝ սեպտեմբերի 3-ին, լրագրողների հետ հանդիպման ժամանակ նշեց Հայաստանում մանկական քաղցկեղի եւ արյան հիվանդությունների կենտրոնի ղեկավար, Պետական բժշկական համալսարանի մանկական ուռուցքաբանության եւ արյունաբանության ամբիոնի վարիչ, «Ժպիտների քաղաք» հիմնադրամի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ, մանկական ուռուցքաբան, արյունաբան, Գեւորգ Թամամյանը:

«Սուրբ Գրիգոր Լուսավորիչ» ԲԿ-ի խորհուրդն ուսումնասիրեք, հերթով անուն-անուն կտեսնեք կապը նախարարի հետ:

Մեկ այլ աբսուրդ. Երեկվանից նախարարի օգնականներն անդադար զանգում էին արյունաբանական կենտրոն եւ ուզում էին տեսնել ճանապարհային քարտեզը, թե ինչպես է նախարարը շարժվելու հիվանդանոցում: Ո՞ւմ տեղն է իրեն դրել:

Նախարարի ամենամոտ աշխատակիցները իմ ներկայությամբ բազմիցս հայտարարել են, որ նախարարությունում տիրում է բացարձակ բարդակ, ոչ ոք ոչնչից տեղյակ չի լինում: Նշում էին նաեւ, որ բազմավաստակ շատ մասնագետների նվաստացնելով սպասեցնում է իր ընդունարանում»,-ասա Թամամյանը:

Նա ընդգծեց, որ այս հարցերը բարձրաձայնել է հենց նախարարի մոտ. «Որեւէ արձագանք չի եղել: Բարդակ է տիրում, նա ոչ մեկին չի լսում: Նա միշտ խուսափել է ուղիղ հանդիպումից»:

Հարցին, թե այսինքն հիմա ինքը պահանջում է նախարարի հրաժարականը, նա դրական պատասխան տվեց. «Միանշանակ հրաժարական եմ պահանջում, նման առողջապահության նախարար Հայաստանին պետք չի, ով ատում է բոլոր կայացած բժիշկներին: Նման առողջապահության նախարար Հայաստանը չպետք է ունենա: Ես չեմ հավակնում նախարարի պաշտոնին, ես քաղաքական գործիչ չեմ: Ես բուժող բժիշկ եմ: Ես հավատում եմ մեր վարչապետին եւ համոզված եմ, որ նա կկարողանա ճիշտ ընտրություն անել»:
