POLITICSԱԺ «Իմ քայլը» խմբակցության անդամ Վարազդատ Կարապետյանն այսօր լրագրողների հետ զրույցում անդրադարձավ Ամուլսարի շահագործման խնդրին, նոր փորձաքննության անցկացման անհրաժեշտությանը եւ Ամուլսարի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Յուրա Իվանյանի նկատմամբ նշանակված ծառայողական քննությանը:
Նրա խոսքով, քանի որ Ամուլսարի գործով քննչական խմբի ղեկավար Յուրա Իվանյանի նկատմամբ ծառայողական քննություն է նշանակված, եկեք սպասենք այդ ծառայողական քննության ավարտին: Ես կողմ եմ, որ պրոֆեսիոնալ դաշտում հարցերը լուծվեն: Քննարկվում է նաեւ ՇՄԱԳ-ի հարցը Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարությունում:
Հարցին, թե ինչպե՞ս է գնահատում քննչական կոմիտեի աշխատանքը, որը հիմքեր չէր գտել հանքը չշահագործելու համար, Վարազդատ Կարապետյանը պատասխանեց. «Ես եւ շատ այլ մարդիկ կարդալով «Էլարդ» ընկերության կողմից ներկայացված հաշվետվությունը՝ տեսնում էինք բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ, ինչը նաեւ վերհանվեց տեսակոնֆերանսի ժամանակ՝ վարչապետի ներկայությամբ: Կարծում եմ՝ սա բավարար էր, որ հասկանայինք՝ հարցին պետք է նաեւ այլ տեսանկյուններից նայենք՝ հասկանալու համար ամբողջ իրողությունը: Կառավարությունն այդ գործընթացի մեջ է: Վստահ եմ՝ կառավարությունն Ամուլսարի հարցով շատ ավելի արդյունավետ որոշման կհանգի»:
Նա ընդգծեց, որ իր զգացողությունն այն է, որ նոր ՇՄԱԳ-ը չի անցնի փորձաքննություն՝ հաշվի առնելով գետերի ակունքները եւ այլն. «Բայց այս հարցը եւս պետք է թողնենք պրոֆեսիոնալներին»:
Ինչ վերաբերում է իր պնդմանը, որ ինչ պատասխան են տալու այն ծնողին, որը առանց ձեռքերի երեխա կարող է ունենալ, Վարազդատ Կարապետյանն ասաց. «Ես երջանիկ կզգամ, եթե հասկանամ, որ իմ պնդումն անիրատեսական է: Մենք եւս մեկ անգամ վերլուծենք հանքարդյունաբերական կենտրոն հանդիսացող քաղաքներում՝ Կապան, Վարդենիս, Արարատ, Ալավերդի, Քաջարան, հասկանալու համար հիվանդությունների դինամիկան եւ այն, թե ինչպես է հանքարդյունաբերությունն ազդում տարբեր հիվանդությունների ավելի բարձր հաճախականության վրա այդ հատվածներում: Դրանից հետո կկարողանանք պատասխանել հարցին, թե մենք եւս մեկ հանքավայր շահագործելով կունենա՞նք հիվանդությունների աճ, թե ոչ: Սա էլի մասնագիտական հարց է: Ես կարծում եմ՝ կասկած չկա, որ հանքի շահագործումը շատ վատ ազդեցություն է ունենում մարդկանց առողջության վրա, բայց ինչպիսի՞ ազդեցություն, դա էլի մասնագիտական հարց է»:
